The Villa is based on slightly elevated grounds and enjoys panoramic, unobstructed views over Toiny. The combination of white and pastel orange walls, a high-vaulted ceiling, wooden floors, and chic furniture, creates a lavish entertainment area perfect for your friends and family. The living area offers white, plush sofas dotted with orange cushions and sit opposite a large TV. The dining area enjoys optimum views of the azure sea and seats six guests comfortably. The kitchen is at the end of the room, fitted with white cabinetry and black counters, creating a modern ambiance. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your vacation. The interiors of the villa come fully air-conditioned and supplied with mosquito nets on each bay window.

South Wave is located along the southern coast of St Barts. The Villa is especially in Toiny and is under 500 m from the white sandy beach and is located near the hotel Le Toiny. The capital of the island, Gustavia, is a fifteen-minute drive, providing a plethora of restaurants along with a yacht-filled marina. Here you can shop in designer outlets and enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets over the Caribbean Sea. The sunsets are incredible here in St Barts, so dining in Gustavia during this time is a must! The Villa is ideally based in the quieter area of Toiny. The beach offers white sand and mild turquoise waters. The beach is more secluded than the popular beaches of St Jean and Nikki beach, a ten-minute drive away, but offers breathtaking views.
