This exquisite villa has been recently restored with great attention to detail, blending modern comforts with traditional Chianti architecture. The owners have carefully preserved its original charm, maintaining the exposed wooden beams, brick archways, and stone floors, which reflect the authentic beauty of Tuscany.
Lower Floor:
At the heart of the lower level is the exclusive wellness center and spa, Calidarium, designed to offer guests the ultimate relaxation experience. This private sanctuary features a heated hydromassage pool, sauna, automated Shiatsu massage bed, fully equipped gym, showers, and a changing room. Upon request, guests can indulge in massages and beauty treatments, ensuring a rejuvenating retreat.
Ground Floor:
The villa welcomes you with a spacious outdoor courtyard, leading into a stunning lounge characterized by terracotta flooring, exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and graceful archways—all surrounding a cozy Tuscan fireplace that enhances the warm ambiance.
This level also includes the main living area with another fireplace, the La Casetta Suite, and the main kitchen.
• La Casetta Suite: A charming private space featuring a sitting room with a fireplace and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower). The suite includes air conditioning and mosquito screens for added comfort.
• Main Kitchen: Designed to cater to groups of up to 20 guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary appliances.
• Dining Room & Outdoor Dining Area: A spacious dining room with a fireplace offers an inviting space for meals, with direct access to an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners in the Tuscan countryside.
First Floor:
This floor houses seven elegantly designed double bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom.
• "Il Fattore" Bedroom: Equipped with air conditioning, a safe, satellite TV, wireless internet, and mosquito screens.
• "Il Sensale," "Il Guardia," and "Il Massaia" Bedrooms: Offering the same modern amenities, each with comfortable 170×190 cm beds.
• "Il Garzone" Bedroom: Features a large private balcony, ideal for enjoying scenic views.
• "Il Contadino" Bedroom: Uniquely designed with a mezzanine level for added charm.
• Seventh Bedroom: Includes two single beds (which can be combined if needed) and a private external bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, this floor has a spacious lounge area with a fireplace and plush seating, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation.
Ground Floor - Dependance:
Adjacent to the villa is an independent apartment, originally a barn, now transformed into a charming guest cottage. Every room is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher.
