Snaresbrook Manor is a beautiful property offering guests seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms in the main house. As well as this, the home features a separate apartment from the main residence. This space is ideal for a couple or any guests looking for extra privacy, while also being able to enjoy a family vacation.

The kitchen features a beautiful custom-built island with a pop-up Sony Smart TV granting full access to all cable stations and movie channels. The kitchen also includes a dining area with leather swivel back barstools.

DINING AREA
Snaresbrook Manor boasts a magnificent formal inside dining room with chandelier lighting. Dine with the entire veranda opening to an expansive outdoor deck with sweeping views and serene sounds of the ocean as your backdrop, to pair with a beautiful meal. Optional full-screen cover or full air-conditioned environments.

OUTDOOR PATIO AREA
The property features a large outside covered veranda dining area with seating for 20 and a round pedestal breakfast table for 4. There is a lounge area with the highest quality padded wicker couch and chairs to seat 8, a flatscreen Smart TV with cable and surround sound entertainment system.

There are also outdoor ceiling fans and evening lighting, an outdoor grill area, and additional seating located around the side of the house. You can spend evenings with your guests outside under the stars enjoying, delicious drinks as well as each other’s company.

POOLSIDE
Relax in the sun or in the shade on the outdoor designer wicker furniture. There are also 18 comfortable chaise lounges, 6 sun umbrellas, wingback chairs, and tables. There are endless opportunities to relax and rest at Snaresbrook Manor. Enjoy the heated 40′ x 25′ pool with 2 wings, each with in-water sunbeds and side tables. There is also a cabana located in between the pool and beach area offering a heated shower when returning from the beach, including a restroom with a sink and toilet.

EXERCISE ROOM
There is a large private gym/exercise room provided for you and your guests to take advantage of. Enjoy working up a sweat before taking a refreshing dip in the pool or sea. There is a full-size mirror as well as home gym equipment with large floor space. There is also a separate ½ bathroom located next to the exercise room for your convenience. Weights, balls, and other hand equipment are provided as well as commercial-grade treadmills, a rowing machine, and an elliptical machine.

MEDIA ROOM
If you wish to stay in for a night after a long day of adventuring the Bahamian island, you can enjoy the media room on the property. There is an 80” surround sound TV, with a state-of-the-art Kaleidoscope movie system, on-demand with hundreds of movies, stations, and all cable networks which can be operated from your mobile device. PS5 gaming systems and headsets are provided for gaming enthusiasts. Large luxurious leather U-shaped sectional sofa and bean bag chairs are provided which seat 24 people.

If you are into the more classic family games, there are also board games including Monopoly, scrabble, chess, and poker on-site as well as many other popular board and card games.

The Citrus Room: 2 Full Size lower bunk beds with 2 upper twin beds. Each area has a separate reading light, with a USB and electrical outlet. Walk-in closet, double sinks, and walk-in shower. Has a separate door exit too outside.

The Coral Room: 2 Lower Queen Size Bunk beds, 2 XL twins above. Full closet double sinks and walk-in shower. Sliding door windows with optional screens to upper balcony patio overlooking pool and ocean.

The Aqua Room: King size bed suite with walk-in closet. Double sinks and walk-in shower. Sliding door windows with optional screen to upper balcony patio overseeing ocean and pool.

The Ocean Room: 2 Lower Queen Size Bunk beds, 2 XL twins above. Full closet double sinks and walk-in shower. Sliding door windows with optional screens to upper balcony patio overlooking pool and ocean.

Apartment: Apartment above garage available with full amenities and the same quality linens and decor as the main house. Fully equipped kitchen, small living room, queen size bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink.
