Welcome to Smugglers Cove 3 by Exceptional Villas, part of one of the most exquisite developments located directly on the stunning beach at Paynes Bay in St James, arguably the best in Barbados. Daphne’s Restaurant is also within walking distance. Holetown is very close by where you will find an excellent selection of both local and designer shopping. The area is also famous for its incredible selection of stunning oceanside restaurants. Golf is available close by at both Sandy lane and Royal
Westmoreland Courses.

Smugglers Cove 3 nestles in the most exclusive part of the Island neighboring the Sandy Lane Hotel with its Golf courses and Spa along with some of the most luxurious properties in Barbados. In addition, some of the best oceanfront restaurants are just a short distance away. The sheltered beach is typically calm and safe for swimming. Turtles can be seen a few meters offshore for those more adventurous and wishing to snorkel in the crystal clear waters.

This villa is a wonderful, 3 bedroom fully air-conditioned beachfront property that has been designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people in 1 x Master bedroom ensuite, 1 x King bedroom ensuite & 1 x King ensuite (none of the beds can be split). There are just seven units in total at Smugglers Cove & Smugglers Cove 3 is located on the 1st floor. There's an elevator & stair access. The maximum number is 6 adults. Children under the age of 5 years occupying a cot/crib are accepted in a group with 6 adults.

The covered Terrace itself is enormous with a beautiful sitting area ideal for relaxing, reading a book, enjoying the incredible views or chatting with friends or family. It is also the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or admire the incredible sunsets which are so often a feature in Barbados.

Morning walks along an almost deserted beach are a wonderful way to start the day. On your return, you will be greeted by the aromas of our wonderful cook/housekeeper preparing breakfast.

The day can encompass a variety of adventures from sunbathing or reading on your personal lounger on the beach to watching the comings and goings of beach life. For the more active, you will be able to participate in many of the sporting activities provided by local vendors.

Before the day is done you can take a swim with the turtles that inhabit the bay or snorkel through the coral found only 100 feet away. Sunsets are best enjoyed sitting on the large terrace, sipping on your favorite cocktails.

Smugglers Cove 3 comes with a lovely cook and housekeeper to look after your every need and pamper you during your stay. Two consecutive meals per day, breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
There is also a concierge available to organize any trips you might want to take locally.

Chef Services:
Summer Time:
Chef services 5 days from April 15th to December 14th, 2023/2024

High Season :
Chef services 6 days during December 15th to December 19th and December 20th to April 14th

Chef Off Days & Public Holidays :
Sundays and public holidays the chef will be off.
If Chef services are required on the chef's off day, the rate of $100 USD is to be paid directly to the chef.
During public holidays the rate will be double.

Housekeeping:
6 days a week Mondays to Saturdays and on public holidays – Sundays Off

There are 2 beach attendants on hand to lay out sun-loungers & umbrellas for guests each morning. If you decide to leave the sanctuary of your home, you will find an incredible selection of world-class Oceanfront restaurants just a couple of minutes away.

Smugglers Cove also provides night-time security, and there is a lovely communal pool shared with just 6 other properties. If you are looking for a guaranteed holiday of a lifetime, Smugglers is the place to be.
