Welcome to Sing a Song III, a stunning and contemporary beachfront 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home in the high-end residential Turtle Tail area in Turks and Caicos.

Sing a Song Villa III is a one-of-a-kind gem. No expense was spared in this contemporary development which is designed to provide the perfect beachfront home to get away from your hectic day-to-day life and just relax and enjoy the company of family and friends.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view of the beachside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the 2nd-floor balcony. The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan with L-shaped sliding doors designed to tuck away and give you an incredible southern breeze on the pool deck. The third-floor rooftop terrace with an outdoor daybed is a perfect place to catch both sunrise and sunset as well as do some romantic star-gazing (it offers an incredible piece of sky for stars at night, a must-see!!)

When the sliding glass doors disappear when opened up, you will confuse the outdoor and indoor space. All tile for the interior and exterior areas is the same limestone coral french pattern making it a seamless transition. With the sliding doors open, the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled air conditioning units are set throughout the villa, so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac, as keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.

A state-of-the-art, contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island, as well as seating for 6 in the dining area, gives you a total seating capacity of 10 in the kitchen/dining area. A 45-inch 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv will make those who cannot get away from their game night even for 7 days very happy! The house has wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island. There is also a laundry room fitted with extra-large capacity appliances.

The relaxing and ideally located pool will invite several plunges during the day, but especially while awaiting the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost an everyday sure thing.

On the rooftop deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no bannisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like Long Bay and Grace Bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!

There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Sing a Song I and Sing a Song II which you can also rent together at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.

If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. This is what we feel is the best-kept secret on beaches on the island, superior to even Grace Bay. If you want quiet, private and to still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.
