Welcome to Villa Sing a Song II, our newly built luxury beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a private swimming pool, located in the high-end residential Turtle Tail area. This gem of a home offers 1100 SQFT of living space, all beautifully designed for easy living. It also offers additional bedding, a sofa sleeper, in the Great Room, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.
The Great Room of Villa Sing a Song II has a full view of the ocean and with sliding glass doors you can access the balcony-patio deck. The pool, which was added in 2018, has a stunning waterfall and a glass wall that allows you to see out from underwater, and likewise, you can see in from outside the pool. The modern open plan layout of the home feels light and airy and benefits from a 10-foot high ceiling and ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning. There is a limestone coral French pattern tile throughout the interior and exterior, which extends from the Great Room outdoors to the deck. The deck features a delightful sofa that can be extended to an outside bed, positioned under a pergola. The deck has floating glass railing, and no banisters or pilings, therefore maximizing the views.
Villa Sing a Song II has a laundry room with extra large capacity appliances (washer & dryer), and a state-of-the-art contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful marble countertops, with an island and seating for 4 guests enabling spectators to chat with the cook in the group, whilst they rustle up a culinary feast!
This beautiful home is really all about outdoor living. The beach for Villa Sing a Song II is private and equipped with beach beds with king-size mattresses, beach chairs, kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, beach volleyball, and a life-sized game of beach chess!
The two bedrooms in this beachfront home have en-suite bathrooms, with step-in glass showers and dual vanity units. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a mini kitchen area, with a coffee machine, blender, and mini refrigerator, as well as a table with seating for 2, all very self-contained. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and access is just off the Great Room.
For a larger group, you can rent Sing A Song Villa I and Sing A Song Villa III, a fabulous opportunity to enjoy quality time together, as you relax in the privacy of your own villas. For those guests who crave a busy beach, the good news is that Grace Bay Beach is just a 10-minute drive away.

Lovely House
Lovely relaxed villa. The location was nice a quiet which we enjoy and we felt very safe. The pool is small but we spent most of our time on the beach and just used the pool for a quick cool down.
