This exquisite one-level home occupies a living space of 2,000 square feet allowing for ample space for everybody to spread out and never feel overcrowded. The Great room is completely open plan, taking in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. An eye-catching featuring of this room is the sweeping 17-foot high cathedral ceiling. The extra-wide sliding glass doors lead out to the pool deck and give a great sense of space. Singalong 1 was built to embrace the island way of life, provide luxury and relaxation in both indoor and outdoor living. The décor at Sing A Song 1 is a delightful mix of chic, elegant, and minimalist with clean lines, limestone tiling, and modern touches. All rooms are bright and airy and cool sea breezes permeate all areas through the sliding glass doors.

The living room space features two comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV, where your guests can relax and watch a TV program or enjoy conversation together whilst looking out at the spectacular sea views. No matter where you are in Sing A Song 1, your eyes will constantly be drawn to the turquoise hues of the ocean beyond. A state-of-the-art modern kitchen features plenty of countertop space as well as a center island with seating for 4. Dark wood cabinetry compliments the white bright surroundings and when the sliding glass doors are open, you get the feeling that you are in an outdoor kitchen.

The adjacent dining area boasts an elegant dining table that seats 6 guests, giving an overall seating capacity for 10 in the kitchen and dining area. The cooks in your group will love serving up delicious meals from this wonderful kitchen, but if you all prefer to spend a chore-free vacation, your personal concierge will be happy to arrange a private chef to cook for you at the villa.

There need never be any arguments about who gets to enjoy a sea view from their bedroom at Sing A Song 1. Each of the three beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms offers a panoramic view of the ocean and each has sliding glass doors that provide access to the pool deck. It is quite the experience to awake in the morning to the sound of the waves lapping the shore below and sliding open the glass doors to the splendor before you, knowing that the day ahead will be one of sheer enjoyment. Additional bedding is available on the sofa bed in the living area of the great room.

Outside, on the patio deck, glass railings ensure that there are no obstructions to your views. The swimming pool has a 6-foot deep end and ideal for intermittent plunges when taking a break from soaking up the sunshine on the sun loungers. For the more energetic guests in your group, the picturesque private beach beckons and is equipped with a multitude of amenities such as Stand Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Beach Volleyball, and even a giant life-sized Chessboard. And when rest time calls, you can lounge for a while on beach chairs and beach beds with king-size mattresses. Kite Boarders will especially love this beach, for the superb wind conditions for the sport and also the fact that on most days the beach will be home only to you and your guests.
