The beautifully maintained gardens with native species including lignum vitae (wood of life) provide a magnificent entrance to Silver Sands to be enjoyed by all guests. This property located in Thompson Cove on an extremely quiet section of the beach, Silver Sands has its own artificial reef and natural areas of snorkelling also frequented by Pete and Patricia the pelicans, who seem to have made their home there. If you don’t want to be snorkelling under the water, then take advantage of the numerous kayaks and stand up paddleboards that are provided for you and explore the coastline. Da Conch Shack is within walking distance where you can experience local and delicious food and music in the form of local artists including a rip saw the band.

Sitting within Thompson Cove and enjoying uninterrupted views of the Caribbean, Silver Sands Villa is poised to allow guests exactly what its namesake suggests; its coastal position lends it almost instant access to the beach. Further up the coast to the east, Grace Bay Beach is regarded quite highly on the list of best beaches in the world. Grace Bay itself is just a few minutes’ drive away from the villa, and hosts some of the finest shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean.
Located just a few minutes away from a diver’s paradise, Smith’s Reef, soft silky sands are just moments away on foot. One of the best places on the island for underwater adventures, it is possible to observe the beauty of some of the world’s most amazing coral reefs and the marine life that populate them, without heading too far out into the water. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba-diving, fishing and take eco tours of the barrier reef.
Plenty of restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive away and are ideal for sampling some amazing cuisine – Turtle Cove Marina is filled with such restaurants, with a vast variety of foods that are sure to cater to any appetite. Due to the relatively small size of Providenciales, many locations are within reach of the villa in a short space of time; while many amenities are within walking distance, a rental car is recommended to explore the island further. RATES BASED ON FULL OCCUPANCY. FEWER OCCUPANTS WILL RESULT IN LOWER RATES. PLEASE ENQUIRE.
The Governmental tax of 12% of the total amount is applicable to villa rates as well as any goods and services provided to guests during their stay, including and not limited to, if applicable, the fee for additional air conditioning usage, pool heating, butler service, cleaning service, and any other additional service or goods contracted in favor of the guest.
Service charge varies from 10% - 15% for some of the villas.
A refundable security deposit of $10,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due.
