Four air-conditioned bedrooms, each ensuite, provide comfortable sleeping conditions for up to 8 guests. The Villa is perfect for a family or a group eager to explore Sicily’s newly designated UNESCO World Heritage site.

The glass-fronted Villa is bright and sunny. Sliding doors allow guests to freely move from the beautiful, modern interiors onto the expansive terrace and pool area. The white tones with accents of blues and oranges found throughout the Villa reflect the sky's colors and Sicily's rich red earth.

Comfortable furnishings, tasteful lighting, and a clever layout make the living space a joy for guests. A lazy lounging area with a TV, the pretty dining space overlooking the terrace, and the sleek, well-equipped kitchen provide ample space to spread out and decompress.

The outdoor space is amazing. The large pool area is the focal point of the tiled terrace. There are sun loungers for guests to enjoy the sunshine and a summer kitchen with a portable barbecue perfect for alfresco meal prep. A fabulous shaded outdoor dining area is the go-to place for barefoot breakfasts at dawn or long, leisurely Sicily-inspired dinners.

Lastly, there's a specially designated kids' play area so younger guests can enjoy the outdoor life within the safe environs of Villa Sibene.

Your villa home is a short drive to beautiful public beaches. Shallow, warm waters ideal for swimming are part of the charm of southern Sicily. The beautiful Marina del Focallo is one such treasure.

The island of Sicily is unique; part of Italy but utterly distinct. It has a mottled history and was settled by the Moors, the Greeks, and the Phoenicians. These diverse groups have left a legacy of historic sites and richly flavorful cuisine.

The creamy bleached stones of the hillside towns and cities offer an alluring contrast to the brilliant blue skies. The coastal drives are awe-inspiring as the sea changes from blue to green to turquoise with each mile.

You can set out each day to visit the beautiful cities of Taormina, Catania, Syracuse, Noto, and Ragusa. Architecture from the Baroque to the Arab-Norman to the Art Nouveau eras can all be found across the urban areas. The world-famous Mount Etna is worth exploring too. You will need weeks to scratch the surface of this diverse and entrancing destination.

The locals are good-humored and welcoming. Most restaurants and bars are family-run businesses, and you will be welcomed like a long-lost sibling if you return for a second visit.

Traditional fishing is still part of life in Sicily, as is farming and wine production. Combine all these, and you have a feast of fresh ingredients to transform at home into a veritable banquet.

You will need a car to get the most out of your vacation. A short, 7-minute drive will get you to the nearest serviced town where you can buy all your provisions. A drive of 5 minutes will get you to your nearest beach.

Although some days, you will love the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere at Villa Sibene and find lazy days by your pool utterly rejuvenating.
