The 6-bedroom estate can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Serenus sits upon a ridge overlooking Marathonisi Island and boasts magnificent unobstructed views of the azure-blue sea. Guests will enjoy all that this villa has to offer as well as its amazing views while being surrounded by a natural forest of pine and fir, allowing you to feel peace, tranquillity and privacy.

This villa is spread over two floors with an elevator and air-conditioning throughout. With wooden floors throughout and subtle earth tones, you will feel perfectly relaxed in each room. The ground level consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with a granite floor, an open plan, luxurious living room with a stone fireplace and dining area. In this space there is also an office, another seating area.

To the front of the whole ground floor of this villa, you will find a large and inviting covered terrace with breath-taking sea views. The large, heated swimming pool is surrounded by multiple seating options. From day beds to lounge chairs, you can sit in the sun or stay cool in the shade. You may also enjoy al fresco dining or a refreshing drink from the pool side bar.

The gorgeous island of Zakynthos is the third largest of the group of Ioanian islands that lie to the West of the Greek mainland. Often referred to as Zante, Zakynthos is located south of Kefalonia, and has a lot to offer holidaymakers of all ages and interests. As well its vibrant nightlife which makes it a popular party destination, Zakynthos has stunning natural scenery with beautiful caves and beaches, as well as pretty traditional villages. Famous beaches on the island include Navagio beach, with its iconic shipwrecked boat lying on the sand, and the expansive Laganas beach, breeding ground of the rare Caretta-Caretta loggerhead sea turtle.
