Enter to high ceilings and an open concept with top of the line finishes both inside and out. Multiple living areas lie throughout the home. First, you will enjoy the brightness and comforts of the living room near the sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. With wooden accents on the walls, plush cream-colored furnishings, and floor to ceiling windows, the space is inviting and relaxing. Flowing into the dining area, kitchen, and second seating area, the entire space encourages everyone to gather and make memories together.

The kitchen and dining room are light-filled spaces with clean lines and bright natural sunlight. The chef’s kitchen offers spacious brand-new stainless-steel appliances, plenty of sleek white countertops to prepare a meal, and bar top counter seating for 7. For additional dining space, or for larger meals, indulge at the dining table with seating for 8-12 guests while overlooking the manicured landscaping.

With seven bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 half baths, and 5,500 square feet, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy. Each room is adorned in contemporary design, plush bedding, and modern furnishings. Each bedroom has its own unique view of the property, and some have sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony or deck. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious walk-in showers, tubs, and all the modern appliances you need.

Overlooking professionally landscaped grounds, the pool area is the ideal place to spend the day. The pool is large enough to swim laps, or splash around with the entire family all in the privacy of home. The backyard provides seating and the perfect serene oasis to get away from it all.

The house also includes a trampoline (for adults too!), a ping pong table, bikes, an outdoor basketball hoop, a telescope for star gazing, nets for crabbing, and lots and lots of pool toys. A separate kids play/art room is directly across from the kitchen. And don't overlook the herb and vegetable garden!

Sagaponack is a village based the Southampton, Suffolk County. This location in New York, is along the East End of Long Island.

The Hamptons is home to many affluent families and a playground for the rich and famous during the summer months, offering high-end amenities and amazing beaches. During the fall and winter months, writers and artists come for the solitude.

Beautiful broad sweeping beaches, wineries, museums, antique stores, local artisans and acclaimed restaurants are just some of the main attractions of this particular area of the Hamptons. The Children’s Museum of East End in particular is a fascinating attraction for all ages. The pristine white sands of Ocean Road Beach are only one block from Villa Grace, never too crowded and a great spot for a swim and popular with surfers. Lifeguards are on duty during high season. You can get to Bridgehampton from Manhattan by train, car or bus in about 3 hours or by private plane to East Hampton Airport.
