Senses Villa is the first sustainable luxury designed home by Almodóvar Hotels. It is located in the chic Puente Romano neighborhood, just a short walk from the sea. Walk to the beach, stroll the promenade or just take in the luxurious atmosphere of this seaside town.

Senses Villa accommodates up to eight people across four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in an office which can be converted into a bedroom for two with a sofa or double bed. The home features three bathrooms. There is a large living lounge in the villa with an open plan and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you can create delicious meals inspired by Spanish cuisine.

There are also four terraces on the property, a large roof terrace with views of the endless Mediterranean Sea and La Concha Mountain. There is also a private gym in the home where you can stay active if you wish. You can also explore the hills in Marbella and enjoy an afternoon hike.

The villa is set in a beautiful Mediterranean garden within a luxury complex with three pools – two for adults, a Jacuzzi, and a children’s pool. Spend your days lounging on your private terrace, soaking in the warm Spanish sun.

THE VILLA:
Almodóvar Villa offers an all-around sustainable concept. The organic design blends the interior and exterior of the house with its surroundings. Using natural and sustainable materials from renowned designers, the Almodóvar design team created a place that feels like a luxurious home, just like in Berlin. Technically, the villa is also designed to be sustainable and energy-efficient and offers everything you need to feel completely at home, even during a longer stay.
