This unique, three-story villa features seven bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, large living/entertainment areas, and an address just steps from the water's edge in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. And yes, this impeccably maintained villa also has a full-time manager on the property at your disposal. What else could you ask for?
Seascape’s floor plan was carefully thought out to incorporate indoor and outdoor living into the one unique experience. All of the balconies span the full width of this enormous villa, making the outdoor living almost as irresistible as the interior.
The ground floor has a large gourmet kitchen with modern appliances that will make the designated chef of the group rub his/her hands in anticipation. The indoor dining room and the formal sitting area, both spaces furnished with extremely comfortable pieces made with natural woods and fabrics in light colors, walk out right onto Seven Mile Beach. Beach lovers will revel in the covered patio with spray hoses for fresh water rinses after a swim in the sea or walk on the beach, tiki huts on the beach, and plenty of lounge chairs. The gentle surf and beach that graces the villa property is all white sand and perfect for small children to play, paddle boarding, or simply floating around in the water. Also, on the main floor, a den provides an optional 7th bedroom as it converts to a private sleeping area with two beds if required.
The second floor of this beautiful home welcomes you with a large family room, massive lounging area, 60-inch TV, wet bar, billiard table, and foosball table. Whether binge-watching your favorite TV show, cheering your sports team with friends, or just spending quality time together, there is never a dull moment to be had at Seascape, and it is well prepared to cater to all your needs. Refreshing drinks should also be readily available when enjoying these activities, so ice makers have been provided on the first and second floors to this end. The second-floor balcony is spacious and perfect for entertaining with its sweeping views of the sea and beach unobstructed by neighbors or other buildings.
Two beautifully appointed Primary Suites can also be found on the second level, furnished with king-sized beds, flat-screen TVs and with access to balconies that overlook the deep blue ocean and white sandy beach. Each has an en-suite ample and bright bathroom and closets to fit every piece you may have brought with you. Anyhow, if you are a “light traveler”, then no need to worry; for the comfort of guests, washers and dryers have been placed on both the ground floor and second floor.
The third floor has bedrooms with character that will contribute to your much-needed restorative “beauty” sleep! A roomy loft and a cozy private bedroom, each with its own private balconies, king beds, flat-screen TVs, and ready access to the hot tub on the 3rd-floor balcony that towers over this famous beach, perfect for an unbelievable night under the stars.
Seascape is beautifully maintained and offers contemporary decor and spotlessly clean facilities. WiFi is available throughout the villa, and there is free parking for seven vehicles and a private entrance at the end of the driveway.

BEACH NOTES
Seascape is one of the few private residences built right on Seven Mile Beach. The beach here is idyllic with pure soft sand and barefoot entry into the calm, crystal-blue waters. Guests can enjoy long walks up and down the beach, stopping at any of the nearby resorts for food and drinks. Two beach cabanas and plenty of sun loungers are set up on the beach within a private roped-off VIP area for villa guests. Facing due west, Seven Mile Beach enjoys beautiful sunsets with uninterrupted views out to the horizon. With plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, beauty spas, watersports, and nightlife, there's something for every member of your group.
This villa is a beachfront home. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
