Welcome to Seabreeze Villa, a luxurious 2-bedroom tree-house style villa in Exuma, The Bahamas. This unique property offers a wonderful and original island experience. This villa is made up of three separate buildings or pods and is linked by wooden decks. The villa is located on the south and the highest point of the island. Enjoy the incredible sunset views and indulge in the easy-going island life. Let your worries melt away under the heat of the Caribbean sun.

The unusual property that is the Seabreeze Villa, is unlike any place you will have ever stayed. They tree-house style house provides beauty and comfort to make a wonderful vacation. The three pods that make up the villa, house the living area which is in the middle, and the two-room which are either side of the living area. The middle pod consists of the kitchen and a living room. This space boasts incredible views of the ocean below and is also a great place to sit back, relax and watch the wonderful Caribbean sunset.

All three of the pods are framed by wrap-around balconies. This gives you a full panoramic view of the entire region that surrounds Seabreeze Villa. Enjoy stunning views from each part of the villa.

The two pods either side of the centre house the two bedrooms. The first pod boasts a wonderful room, fitted with a King-sized bed. This room features an en-suite bathroom with two showers, one alfresco and the other indoors. Wake up to beautiful views of the ocean and the sunrise or drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves lapping up against the shore below your deck. The other room on the opposite side of the villa houses two twin beds. This room also boasts fantastic views of the ocean. An ideal room for kids or teens in the family. Both rooms provide ultimate comfort as well as privacy for all guests.

All areas of this villa are decorated in an elegant yet vibrant design that fits perfectly into the Caribbean island lifestyle. The villa’s layout is suited best for two sharing couples or families with older children.

Throughout your stay at the Seabreeze Villa, take advantage of the many amenities and facilities that the island offers. From a tennis court to bocce court, there’s plenty of opportunities for friendly competition or for a bit of exercise for the more active members of the family. To cool down after a heated and exhilarating game, take a dip in the island’s pool. A chef is among the excellent team of staff that will be tending to your needs during your stay at Seabreeze.
