This property compromises of the main house and a sperate cottage. The residence in total can sleep 12 guests, making it a perfect villa for you, your friends or your family. Both the main house and the cottage sit directly on the ocean. They boast a magnificent view of the sparkling blue ocean and are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. This gives the villa privacy meaning you can relax in pure peace and bliss. The cottage is a great escape for people looking to enjoy a family vacation but also to have some personal space and privacy in the morning. The houses each have fully equipped kitchens with new appliances and in-door, out-door living areas which are ideal for entertaining. Let the chef in the family try out some delicious meals or have everyone in the group cook in the lovely kitchen as a great way to spend time together. With a dining table indoors and outdoors, there is plenty of space for all your guests to sit down and enjoy the quality time together.

Every bedroom has 300 thread count linens from Serena and Lily for the perfect night's sleep. Nothing better than waking up in a comfortable bed and being able to look out onto the stunning blue waters of the Caribbean. The sleek marble bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers feature lighting by Kelly Wearstler and brass bathroom fixtures by Restoration Hardware. The spectacular master bathroom has a freestanding tub overlooking the ocean.

The house benefits from direct pool access via the gym/playroom where the energetic can box, do yoga on the dock or jump rope. If fitness and staying active are a priority for you, even while on vacation, personal trainers can, of course, be arranged by our dedicated concierge team.

Sea Siren enjoys direct beachfront access with two private thatched umbrellas on the sand for guests' use. This luxury compound comprises a main house and cottage both of which have the most stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Sea Siren has a contemporary feel with imported Italian stone floors and wall to wall windows and wraps around terraces complemented with white wooden flooring upstairs. All these aspects add luxury and charm to the villa while emphasising the surrounding beauty of the villa. A private swimming pool with a spacious cabana for alfresco dining completes the property.

Accommodations:
• Concierge / Manager - from restaurant reservations to massages, babysitters, groceries, chefs and boat excursions etc. He meets the guests each morning and assists with breakfast (which is provided), goes over their itinerary and then is available all day for any errands they may need or to provide butler services during the day such as offering cocktails by the pool or beach. He also meets the guests upon arrival at the dock and organises transport to the house - again this is inclusive in the price.
• Housekeeper comes 6 days a week and she cleans and prepares breakfast each morning. This is included (except Sundays)

• Security Deposit: $5,000 for the unlikely event of any damages. This will be required 15 weeks prior to your arrival and needs to be sent by wire transfer. The amount will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure from the villa once no damage has occurred.
