Superb in every way!
Sea Salt is honestly one of my favorite villas in Jamaica. I love the villa's design both indoors and outdoors and its location right on one of the best beaches in Jamaica is hard to beat! While the interiors and bedrooms are just fabulous, its Sea Salt's outdoor space that makes it so impressive and so memorable. To the the front of the villa, there's a perfect outdoor terrace and pool area, just steps from the beach. At the villa's entrance, you'll find a super backyard with so much space - there's even a half basketball court and full pickleball court as well as the villa's own organic garden for authentic farm to table meals. This is THE place for family fun in absolute luxury and style!

This exceptional villa will be a base from which you can explore all Jamaica's island has to offer. From exceptional dining and magnificent culture, there are a variety of things to see and do for everyone in your group. So get ready for the vacation of a lifetime at Sea Salt.
Sea Salt is one of the newest additions to our Jamaican portfolio and is one of your new favorites. There is no doubt that this is a truly spectacular home. There is not much more you could wish for, from the beachfront location to the luxury interiors.
Sea Salt is located on Old Fort Bay, making this lovely half-moon beach one of the finest locations on the island. The property comprises a beautiful 5-bedroom main house on the beachfront and two 2-bedroom cottages, which are set back from the beach and boast expansive grass lawns and gardens that reach down to the seafront. Each room in the villa is beautifully designed and features the utmost comforts and luxuries.
The modern and chic space is designed with a calm, therapeutic palette filled with Jamaican artisan's work. As you enter your private villa, shallow water surrounds the atrium for a quiet space for evening drinks, a dining room off the professional kitchen, and a sitting room and bar area that open straight to the outside terrace with multiple sitting areas and outside dining. So dine under the stars or enjoy a refreshing beverage of choice.
There are two ground-floor en-suite bedrooms, all opening onto the terrace, and then three en-suite bedrooms on the upper level, which all open onto a long first-floor balcony overlooking the pool and beach, perfect for early morning coffee or late-night sundowners. Each room boasts beautiful views and creates a relaxing atmosphere for its guests.
The two cottages on the property are fully equipped with two en-suite bedrooms each, the front bedroom opening onto a beach-facing terrace and a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room that also opens onto the beach-facing terrace. The cottages provide added privacy for guests looking to enjoy a vacation with family and friends while also enjoying their own space.
Sea Salt offers its guests an excellent team of staff dedicated to creating a fantastic vacation. You won't have to lift a finger as everything will cater to you. The staff includes a butler, a chef, housekeepers, a gardener, and a laundress. They will cater to meals, cleaning, beverages, and anything else you may need. Of course, you can discuss any specific requirements with your concierge before your arrival.

LOCATION:
Ocho Rios, located 54 miles north of Kingston, is built around a wide bay with a sweeping arc of the hotel-lined beach. It is well geared to meet the cruise passengers who are often present. The chief attraction is Island Village, located at the far west end of Main Street.
It is a slick collection of shops, restaurants, and bars with a private beach and a great museum called the Reggae Xplosion dedicated entirely to Reggae – Jamaica's best-known export. The museum even includes a nightclub where guides demonstrate the latest moves. There are lots of beautiful things to do in and around Ocho Rios.
Jamaica is one of the most popular destinations in the Caribbean and is the birthplace of the famous reggae singer Bob Marley and one of the fastest men on earth, Usain Bolt.
Of course, the scenery in Jamaica is also breathtaking, and the country is both vibrant and rich in culture. It has beautifully romantic beaches, hidden waterfalls, quaint rivers, rain forests, local ports, secluded bays, a UNESCO ecosystem, great food, and an electrifying music scene – the list is endless.
This villa is a beachfront home. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. The Non-Refundable Accidental Damage Waiver provides coverage for up to $3,000. For villas requiring a damage deposit exceeding $3,000 (typically 10% of the rental rate), we will collect any additional refundable deposit. This amount will be returned to guests, provided no damages occur during their stay.
Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 15% of the villa rental in low season and 10% in high season. Plan to pay your grocery and gratuity monies in cash: US dollars or Jamaican dollars.

Another personal favourite
I spent a while at this absolutely beautiful oceanfront property yesterday. I really loved everything about Sea Salt. Such a warm welcome was extended by the staff. The attention to detail was impressive, with little fresh flowers peeking out from impeccably folded towels in each en suite. The walls of the house are adorned with beautiful art. Sliding barn doors and carved furniture adorn many of the rooms. The villa has a huge garden area with two 2-bedroom self-contained cottages, a gym,a playground area for children, a pickle ball court, and an immaculately kept organic garden where various vegetables and herbs will provide your farm to table dining experience. In my opinion, this is the ultimate villa choice for a multi-generational family stay.
