Welcome to Sea-breeze, a lovely 2-bedroom 1580 sq foot Caribbean-style villa with a private plunge pool and stunning views of the golf course and Nevis Peak. Sea Breeze is ideally situated just a short drive from the islands main attractions.

The interior of this Nevis Villa has a soothing Caribbean feel about it and it makes you want to switch off and relax. The living area is an open plan that leads out onto a covered terrace. The outdoor dining area seats up to 6 people comfortably. The terrace also has a lovely sitting area which is the ideal place to enjoy the views of the golf course and Nevis Peak.

The plunge pool area is particularly beautiful at Sea-breeze. It has a cascading waterfall feature at its backdrop. There is another lovely sitting area with sun umbrellas and supremely comfortable sun loungers. The gardens surrounding the pool and villa are full of tropical flowers and foliage to ensure good privacy.

The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, it has an adjacent room with a daybed, desk, and chair. The second bedroom comprises 2 double beds that have a bathroom area across the hall from it. Both bedrooms have double doors that lead out onto porch areas.

Widely considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, the dramatic setting of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course offers views of the mountains, neighboring St. Kitts, the Resort, and, of course, the shining blue sea. This course will not only challenge your game with its constant elevation changes, but you will also encounter the ruins of a historic sugar mill and maybe even a friendly monkey or two cheering you on.

Beach & Pools
The spectacular Pinney’s' Beach is located just steps away from the Resort.
