Schooner Bay Penthouse 303 is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom condominium located over two floors comprising of an open space living room that follow out to an open terrace. It enjoys stunning views of the spectacular beach and clear turquoise sea. As you enter the door, you will feel yourself unwinding and relaxing. The laid back atmosphere together with the huge welcoming smile from our housekeeper makes it a complete sanctuary.

The beautiful Sitting room which is exquisitely furnished features floor to ceiling windows that open right up onto a covered terrace which is the perfect place for relaxing, watching the sunset, enjoying a cocktail. The views from the Terrace are fantastic taking in the communal pool, gardens, beach and turquoise sea. Schooner Bay Penthouse has unusually high ceilings giving you a wonderful sense of space, luxury and exclusivity.
