This villa is the ideal vacation rental for couples or friends looking to stay in the vibrant and popular area of St Jean. This beach is a short 5-minute walk from the villa, where you will find powdery sands and crystal-clear water. The beach is lined with beachfront dining and holds a profusion of water sport activities for you to enjoy.

The villa expands across one main level and enjoys an open plan layout. The entrance leads you into the main living space where the sitting and dining area blend seamlessly with the kitchen and out onto the sun-kissed terrace. The room enjoys ample space and is light and refreshing due to the smooth tiled floors, neutral tones and high vaulted ceilings. The interiors are deigned in a French Caribbean style and is fully modernized. All the rooms have views over St Jean Bay and open onto outdoor stone terraces and tropical gardens with flowers and palms.

The interiors are equipped with amenities such as full air conditioning, in/outdoor sound system, US satellite and Apple TV and high-speed Wi-Fi /internet throughout.

The living area flows seamlessly onto the terrace where you will instantly focus on the sensational views. Here you will be able to see some of the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets. LOCATION DETAILS
SAS is based near the sought-after area of St Jean is St Barts. Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast.

St Jean offers two great beaches, St Jean and Nikki Beach. Both beaches offer sugar-fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters. St Jean is a long beach, great for a morning stroll or a run along the shore. Nikki beach is great for lunch or swimming in the calm waters, it is especially busy on a Sunday. Here Nikki Beach club hosts a day party with music, drinks, delicious food and the sea as your backdrop. It is a fun and vibrant place to be. St Jean also offers many small boutiques with Caribbean treasures and fashion pieces.

Another location to visit is Gustavia – the capital of the island. Here you will find a yacht-filled marina, lined in designer shops, small boutiques and a profusion of fine dining opportunities. Gustavia also holds one of the most incredible beaches, shell beach. With soft white sand and shells, the beach overlooking clear turquoise waters.
