Sapphire Mustique has the benefit of having 3 equally beautiful and spacious bedrooms each with its own ocean view and terrace making it the perfect choice for three couples holidaying together. Sapphire is a wonderful open-air villa with its indoor/outdoor living spaces blend imperceptibly, encompassing a beautiful traditional style living room in cool blue and white, with high limed-wood ceilings, big soft sofas and bags of space, open both sides to sea and garden views. There are steps from the decking which wraps around the house right down to the beach & beautiful gardens.

The social hub of the villa is the beautiful and romantic dining gazebo which overlooks the swimming pool and the stunning tropical gardens.


STAFF: The team of three, led by Alcine, the Head Housekeeper and Donna one of the best chefs on the island will look after you’re every need and will help make this your home from home. Picnics on the beach, swimming with turtles, candlelit dinners in the gazebo, sunset cocktails, cinema nights and quiet afternoons reading a book on the beautiful terrace are all part of the Sapphire experience.


Meet the Chef
Donna Jacobs has been the chef at Sapphire since 1995. Donna is entirely self taught and passionate about her profession. She has cooked for a stream of celebrities, dignitaries and royalties over the years and specialises in West Indian and Caribbean fare. Donna is featured in the book “A Movable Feast – life-changing food adventures around the world” where a whole chapter is entitled “cooking with Donna”.
