The bay where the villa is located protects the villa and waterfront year-round from big waves and heavy winds. Depths within the bay do not exceed 5 feet, so the Cays (islands) seen from the beach can be easily walked out.

This provides an amazing synergy between the two properties, offering a variety of different options and setups. The two homes can be rented as two separate 4-bedroom villas or as an eight-bedroom beachfront serviced estate.

GOOD TO KNOW:
• $1000 security deposit hold is placed on guest's credit card at check-in for damage and incidentals. This hold is released at checkout once any deductions, if necessary, are done.
• Our management team can do food & beverage purchasing for in-house guests (there is a 15% markup on all purchases made by the house staff and management on behalf of the guest). Receipts are kept and presented in folio format the night before checkout for e-signature. Once e-signed, a payment link is sent to guests to make payment by credit card of choice.
