It is the perfect spot to relax and chill after a day at the beach or a day playing golf in Royal Westmoreland. There is a charming gazebo, which is a lovely place to enjoy your breakfast alfresco.

The interiors of the main house offer a vibrant fully equipped kitchen, fit for a gourmet chef. Our concierge team at Exceptional Villas will be delighted to assist in pre booking a chef for you at an additional cost. Should you wish to dine out on the island, our concierge Julie will be delighted to assist with booking your dinner reservations in advance.

The main house also features a powder room and laundry facilities as well as a spacious sitting area which leads out onto the covered patio. There is also a Cable TV and lounge area in the main house.

The patio area is a lovely place for dinner and features a Bar and 12 seater dining table overlooking the pool.

Mullins Bay is one of the nicest beaches on the island but equally you are within close proximity to many other wonderful beaches on the island such as Sandy Lane Beach, Paynes Bay and Gibbes Beach.
