Sandcastle Villa is perched on the ideal location as it rests along with the sugar-fine sandy shores of Grace Bay Beach. This beach is one of the most famous beaches worldwide for its 12 miles of well-preserved waters, reefs and the overall luxury this beach provides with its crystalline blue waters, the breathtaking views and sift sand between your toes. This section of Grace Bay Beach features the best snorkelling in the country, as it is on the doorstep of Smiths Reef. Dive in to experience an endless colour pallet of tropical fish.

Taking a closer look at your private Villa, you will discover the vast array of amenities that are here to fill your every need and desire. The large crisp private swimming pool lets you enjoy the water while soaking up the sun. The sun loungers are perfect to sit back and indulge in your favourite books, or even dining outside with a glass of wine and a delicious meal as you listen to the water lap lazily onto the shore just tiptoe away from you. Once the colourful sunsets and the night skies open with stars, watch the pool start to glow into an illuminated show of light with the touch of a button.

Walking into the villa through the open sliding door you will see your oceanfront open design chic living area splashed with a succulent deep blue colour theme. The sofas are very comfortable and the paintings that hang on the wall are captivating in their abstract styles. The living area also opens to the dining and kitchen area. The pristine white table is glistening as the glass blue light shines above it.

The tall mirrors that hang on the walls reflect the light that bounces around the room, highlighting every feature. The kitchen area is very spacious and contemporary in its layout. The tall white cabinets and checkered tiles are very charming. The kitchen comes fully equipped along with a coffee machine to use at your own disposal.

The beachfront Master Suites are the epitome of indulgence. The large King-sized bed are lined with fine lines and are at the perfect angle for the optimum ocean views that span out into the horizons. The Bedrooms are fitted with en-suites that have large bathtubs also looking out onto the ocean views and private showers. The bedrooms have direct and easy access to the private balcony on the upper floor with outdoor furnishings also. Each room is fully air-conditioned and has a high-resolution television. As Beachfront Villa Sandcastle is brand new, just completed in late February 2018, all the rooms and amenities are in perfect condition for you to enjoy and indulge in.

Sandcastle Villa is also within walking distance of several exceptional restaurants such as the ‘Naughty Gull’ coffee shop and bistro serving the best coffee on the island.

If you wish to venture outside of this private paradise, you have the wondrous opportunity to also explore the best snorkelling on the island at national-park-protected Reefs that are located along the beach. You can swim with sea turtles, eagle rays, spotted giant sea stars and conch at Smiths Reef right on your doorstep.

The island’s main marina is where you’ll find a full-service dive outfit, bike rental, car rental, fishing excursions and other water adventures, and more. Smith’s Reef is located off central Providenciales and is made up of several distinct and unique reef systems and coral heads. The outer reefs at Smith’s Reef are the best easily accessible beach snorkelling sites on the island. Located near Turtle Cove this location is can be reached if you walk along the beach from Grace Bay to Smith’s Reef. There are several reefs in the area, with site variable areas that you can choose from if you are a little nervous or are a beginner. There are also reef locations for more experienced alike.

The sea life includes both larger creatures and quainter ones also. The larger creatures include green turtles, hawksbill turtles, southern brown stingrays, and majestic spotted eagle rays. There are so many colourful small and unique fish to see at Smith's Reef, including stoplight parrotfish, queen angelfish, French angelfish, butterflyfish, porcupinefish, trumpetfish, yellowtail snapper, squirrelfish, damselfish, rock hinds, French grunts, filefish, bluehead wrasse, indigo hamlets, horse-eye jacks, barracudas, and many more.

Providenciales Turks and Caicos offers a wide variety of choices to suit your individual needs. Many of the restaurants are beachfront fine dining restaurants, that are minutes away from you. The Villa is situated in one of the safest parts of Providenciales as it has one of the lowest crime rates. The unique character of this location offers a great climate due to warm trade winds.
