Inside, the beautiful indoor dining room features a stunning table crafted of white wood, making for the ideal setting for your scrumptious gourmet moments. The beautifully designed and equipped kitchen at the rear of the living area is a paradise for making meals or hiring a private chef to do it all for you while you kick back and relax. The view over the main alley, lined with green palms, gives a remarkable sense of beautiful spatial harmony.
The contemporary innovative living area comprises spacious couches and plush armchairs decorated with blue-speckled cushions making it the ultimate place for enjoying wonderful moments relaxing to the rhythm of the waves. All is serene and soothing in oceanic ambiance featuring white walls and elegant ornamentation, while the shutters filter Saint Bart's light. A separate contemporary living area at the rear of the bungalow is devoted to amusement for film evenings and leisure.
Sand Club is a magnificent home boasting six spacious air-conditioned bedrooms decorated with king or queen-size beds, canopies, drapes, and plush cushions, all in a peaceful ambiance. A master suite featuring a secluded terrace is situated on the villa's upper floor. The rear of the story features two bedrooms, one of which may sleep four children on bunk beds. Three further suites are situated in separate bungalows with direct access to the terrace, offering guests complete seclusion. A building near the villa's entry offers three bedrooms and a kitchenette, which makes it perfect for adolescents or employees.
The villa's spacious veranda overlooks the coastline and stretches over a wooden platform with a fantastic long heated swimming pool. The pool is encircled by lounge chairs and umbrellas, providing guests with the utmost comfort when enjoying the island's sun. If you wish to unwind beneath the ajoupa, you'll also find a luxurious daybed featuring drapes. A wide pavilion covers the villa's dining table, which is situated on the opposite side of the pool, providing beautiful alfresco nights. From this spectacular veranda, a private path leads to the powdery sands of Flamand's beach.

Flamands Beach, with a wide expanse of white sand bordered by palm trees, ranks among the most picturesque beach on the island of St. Barts. This beach is a fantastic place to unwind on the immaculate white sandy beach. The majestic Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France and some of the finest villas on the island can be discovered here. Flamand's can have incredibly high rolling waves during the winter months, making swimming risky but amazing for a refreshing walk across the sands.
Gustavia, the island's capital, is one of the finest tourist destinations (only ten minutes away). This harbor is surrounded by designer shops and smaller businesses rich with Caribbean treasures. The town also features many fine dining options, which is ideal for supper while overlooking the harbor, adorned with shimmering lights.
