This villa is one of the oldest on the Estate, preserving several original features, including its impressive ancient stone walls and terracotta floors. The rich history and a deep sense of community and tranquility continue to resonate within the villa's walls and throughout the elegant garden, which boasts a terrace offering stunning panoramic views.

INCLUSIONS:
• All the utilities (electricity, water, villa heating).
• Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
• Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies outside of hours.
• Maid Service is provided between 10am and 1pm (6 days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays). The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are going simultaneously; it includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick kitchen cleaning. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week.
• Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
• Pool heating is not included, and the price is based on consumption. Pool heating is not available in mid-season.
• Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for two consecutive weeks or more.
• Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
• Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time before reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
• 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
• Final cleaning.
• A welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service is available on request at an extra cost.
• Soaps, shampoos, body lotions, and shower caps are available in every bathroom.
• Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
• Staff will provide toilet paper, kitchen sponges, and garbage bags throughout your stay (please note that our staff will service the garbage during maid service).

The restaurant at Tenuta di Murlo, where San Savino is located, is on the property. It allows guests to enjoy authentic Umbrian cuisine in a cozy, welcoming environment, making it a convenient and delicious dining option for those staying at the villa. This historic setting provides a unique and atmospheric backdrop for enjoying traditional Umbrian cuisine.

TRANSFERS:
• Private Roads: Tenuta di Murlo is a private estate with restricted access; we highly recommend having a personal vehicle for independent exploration.
• Car Rentals: Our concierge can arrange car rentals with delivery/pickup directly at the estate.
• Transfers: Only Concierge-arranged transfers are permitted within the estate. Please request transfers at least 24 hours in advance.
• Shuttle to Il Caldaro Restaurant: A complimentary dinner shuttle (up to 8 guests) is available daily. Reservations are required 2 hours in advance. Service times may vary, so flexibility is appreciated.

The Antognolla Golf Course, just minutes from the villas, is an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., set against the backdrop of the 11th-century Antognolla Castle.
