The villa features a swimming pool (6 x 3.9 meters, depth 112 cm) surrounded by the Tuscan hills and a Jacuzzi nestled in the garden among the trees.
San Bastiano features five elegantly designed "de charme" rooms, including one with a balcony. These rooms combine modern, minimalist furnishings with the villa's historic ambiance, offering a seamless blend of old and new. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Monsummano Alto and the surrounding valleys.
