This tropical home was built in 1990 and sits on beautifully landscaped and pristine gardens on a clifftop facing the incredible Caribbean Sea, as well as Pigeon Point and off to the North, Martinique. There will be no better way to begin your day in paradise than heading out in the morning, as the sun rises, and soak in the fresh sea air. With a cup of coffee in hand, you will feel complete bliss and relaxation. After this, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool to begin your day on the right foot.

Saman House has the privilege of enjoying all the facilities and services of Cap Maison while also enjoying the private grounds of a stylish holiday residence. Privacy and peace are in abundance at Saman House. You will not want to return home once you've arrived.

Four double bedrooms with ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms with showers open onto the veranda, extending the house's length, and all overlook the sea. These rooms were designed t maximise comfort and allow you the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the island out your window.

Spacious and attractively furnished in a relaxed tropical style, Saman House provides the perfect vacation retreat. The decor is simple, with tiled floors, whitewashed walls, wooden jalousie shutters and ceiling fans in every room.

The outdoor area at Saman House is worth giving a special mention to. There is a large pool lined with sun loungers, where you can spend your day soaking up the warm St Lucia sun. You can also enjoy a barbecue evening with family and friends as a treat. Everything you could need for a beautiful vacation is being provided for you at Saman House.
