Salinedda Villa 6 is a luxury beachside retreat located in the exclusive area of Capo Coda Cavallo, just 20 km south of Olbia, Sardinia. This newly built villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and proximity to the beautiful coastline. Situated within a large private estate, the villa is only 300 meters from a pristine white sandy beach, where a dedicated furnished area with sunbeds awaits guests.

The villa features four spacious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and additional sofa beds in three of the rooms, allowing accommodation for up to 11 guests. The interior is designed for relaxation, with a stylish living room, TV room, and a fully equipped dining kitchen. Outside, two large covered terraces provide comfortable seating and dining areas, and the property also boasts a 15-meter heatable pool for guests to enjoy.

The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room. A private chef prepares three meals per day, six days a week, while a butler is available for eight hours a day, also six days a week. Daily cleaning is provided for two hours each day, ensuring the highest level of comfort and service. All bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
