Welcome to Villa Sa Punta de S’Aguila a stunning 5-bedroom villa rental located on the Son Bunyola Estate owned by Sir Richard Branson. This luxurious vacation rental is situated on the beautiful Spanish island of Mallorca. The estate consists of 680 acres and is situated on Mallorca’s northwest coast. The estate can be rented exclusively and includes three villas Sa Terra Rotja, Sa Punta de S’Aguila, and Son Balagueret.

Sa Punta de S’Aguila translates as ‘Eagle’s Point’, and offers a stunningly beautiful location with wonderful views. Built in traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, it has been lovingly built into the landscape and offers guests the finest panoramic sea and mountain views. Sa Punta de S’Aguila has a private heated swimming pool (15 x 6 meters) and a wonderful outdoor space. The terrace and gardens offer the perfect space to relax and unwind while on vacation. The home is also great for family gatherings and dining alfresco is a must.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and our team will be happy to recommend a chef service for your stay which will come at an additional cost. The house is wonderfully decorated in a local Mallorcan style and features a nice living room and dining area. This villa consists of 5 en-suite luxurious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 10 adults. All bedrooms have a terrace with a table and two chairs.

Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the mid-1200s. This building is currently unused, forming an incredible centerpiece of the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds, and hundreds of olive trees. Relax and unwind with family and friends in a tranquil setting that perfectly balances the need to ‘get away from it all’ with the opportunity to explore the great outdoors and sample some of the best the Balearic Islands have to offer.

Things to Do
Should you decide to leave the sanctuary of your own private villa both the estate and local areas has many amenities to offer.

Beach
The beach is located just 10 minutes walk from your villa. The northwest Mallorcan coast is renowned for its pebbly beaches and coves. Son Bunyola Beach is a small pebble beach and is enjoyed by hikers walking the famous coastal track from Banyalbufar to Port des Canonge (the little fishing village just beyond the estate).

Walking
This location is ideal for exploring, hiking, and walking around the stunning Mallorcan mountainous landscape. The estate itself offers a nice area to walk around which is 3km x 5km in size, or enjoy the nice coastal walk which starts from the pebble beach. If you would like to walk to the nearby village Banyalbufar this will take you approximately a 30-minute walk along the beachfront.

Tennis
Tennis can be played complimentary on the estate. The court is located next to Sa Terra Rotja villa which is 10 minutes drive away. Raquets and balls are provided. Tennis coaching can also be organized.

SPA
A spa treatment is a nice way to relax on vacation. Our concierge would be delighted to arrange a spa treatment for you during your stay.

Golf
Mallorca is a wonderful place for a golf holiday in Spain. Our concierge can assist with preferred tee times and arrange all of your golfing needs in advance. With over 20 golf courses on the island, you are sure to not get bored.

Other Activities
Other activities include sailing, fishing, cycling, deep-sea fishing, canoeing, and kayak tours. Our concierge can assist in booking any of these activities for you.

Families
Sa Punta de S’Aguila is a great villa for families. It has space and privacy for the kids to play both indoors and outdoors. We can also accommodate extra children on sofa beds. There is a children’s games plus a TV and DVD player for extra entertainment. Babysitting can be arranged on request.
