This wonderful Barbados vacation rental is set on the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Estate proving wonderful views of the resort's pond and surrounding gardens. The home has two floors and offers guests lovely sea views from both levels. Royal villa 7 is ideal for a family vacation to Barbados a group of friends looking for spacious and private accommodation.
On entering this fully detached private villa you will be lead into the open plan living and dining area which has been beautifully furnished. The kitchen is small but fully equipped for 6 guests. This living space boasts high ceilings and double doors which open onto the covered terrace allowing for a constant cooling breeze through-out. From the upper level, guests can enjoy beautiful views over the pond, lush gardens and the Caribbean Sea.
The villa comes with 3 charming bedrooms. Bedroom 3 featuring a queen-size bed is located to the right as you enter the villa on the main level, whilst the remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level, these can be access via stairs on the left. The bedrooms are spacious and all of them are en-suite with ac and equipped with ceiling fans. On the ground floor you will find the large master suite with king-sized bed, tub and shower and is equipped with a flat screen television and Apple TV. The master bedroom has direct access to a sun terrace that overlooks the resort's tranquil pond and gardens. The second guest bedroom, also situated on the ground floor offers twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a recessed covered terrace for added privacy. This area leads right onto the Master bedroom's shared sun terrace enjoying the same views over landscaped gardens and a serene pond.
While staying at Royal Villa 7 guests are given complimetary beach membership at Mullins bay beach with complimentary sun chairs and umbrellas accessible via an on-site beach shuttle. The beach at Mullins is a great spot to relax and sun-bathing, enjoy the beach bar or take a Jet Ski ride along the coat. Guests of Royal Villa 7 are also entitled to use the communal pools, world championship 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with pro-shop, tennis courts, restaurant and bar onsite at Royal Westmoreland.

While staying at Royal Villa 7 in Barbados, you will be personally cared for by our wonderful housekeeper 6 days per week. There is also a dedicated villa manager and 24hr security.

The rates shown have been adjusted to include the new Royal Westmoreland Resort Fee.
Royal Westmoreland resort will be introducing a daily resort fee applicable to all villa renters from 1st May 2020 which has been set at US$10.00 per person per day.
Guests will have access to the resort and the beach facility such as the gym, communal swimming pool, restaurants etc. This is payable at the resort registration desk on collection of your Resort Card. Please note that this fee applies to all rental bookings already made after 1st May 2020.
