Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is particularly airy and spacious.Just off the entrance hall, there is the kitchen with its wooden cupboards and modern fixtures and fittings. Off the kitchen, there is a door leading to a small uncovered terrace which is ideal for a quiet coffee or breakfast. Next to the kitchen there is also separate utility room. Two steps lead to a hallway and two twin bedrooms, tastefully furnished in pine wood and with modern lighting. These bedrooms share a shower room. Further along the hallway, there is another twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. The main staircase leads then up to a large double bedroom, complete with writing desk and a full bathroom.

The exquisite swimming pool is accessed from both the lounge and the dining room. There are extensive gardens with lawn on all sides of the swimming pool, perfect for relaxing or playing. It is a definitely a perfect place to enjoy the warm Mallorcan sun while admiring the views!
