Set among 18 acres of orderly rows of grapevines, bountiful fruit trees, and mature olive groves, the villa's traditional exterior is perfectly at one with its surroundings. With so much glorious outdoor space, you are sure to spend most of your trip soaking up the hot Italian sun exploring the estate's grounds. Inside Villa Rosenzia, the exquisite interiors have been renovated with opulent creative style, mixing original and luxury materials, such as travertine marble and blond wood, with modern furniture to create a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Security Deposit: €4,000 to be held at the agency
Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) which may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
