Villa Romeo is an inviting modern three-story seaside property, located just a 15-minute drive to Sorrento. Located in Massa Lubrense this 8 bedroom villa boasts breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the island of Capri, and the Gulf of Naples.

This luxury Italian villa is set on a wonderful garden estate and has its own private swimming pool and hot tub. The beach is within walking distance from your villa and you have a selection of restaurants and café along the way. Manicured gardens with many furnished shaded areas surround the villa providing privacy and tranquillity for both friends and family to enjoy.

The villa’s contemporary style and its vibrant color palette will transport you immediately into a vacation mood. The outdoor kitchen and patio and the pool’s special setting will make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The villa has 7 double suites and one twin bedroom and one of the many things I love about these rooms is they all have terraces with tables and chairs. A separate building in the garden serves as a central area for the guests to gather together. It offers a spacious dining and sitting area and its kitchen is used for the morning breakfast service. Panoramic roof-top with access through a spiral staircase, furnished with sunbeds and provided with an external shower.

In the garden, a comfortable poolside veranda is laid out for dining al fresco. It comes complete with a wood-burning oven, BBQ, and a commercial-grade kitchen. The private swimming pool sits overlooking the Isle of Capri, and you also have a panoramic whirlpool for up to 8 people. Villa Romeo works fabulously for large families or groups of friends, The large garden estate works well by daytime catering to all your needs. The gardens is illuminated at night time which makes it a very special place.

Villa Romeo is a secluded private retreat located down a narrow roadway. There is a shuttle service that runs daily from the house to the town (by request). Please read the notes below for more information.

Rooms 7 and 8 share a spacious bathroom with shower stall, living room with high vaulted and frescoed ceiling, and over-sized panoramic windows. Access to a panoramic furnished terrace.

• Porter service included on first day of rental (between 4:00pm - 8:00pm) and on last day of rental (between 8:00am - 10:00am)
• Shuttle service on request from the villa to Massa Lubrense main square from 8:00am to 4:00pm (on Sundays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm)

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE - Please note that the following services and respective rates are estimated and subject to change without prior notice
• Additional housekeeping service and kitchen cleaning: €30 per hour/per staff member
• Additional towels/linens change
• Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff
• Cook service packages available (weekly breakfast, weekly breakfast + 1 meal) on request
• Cost of food and beverage
• Grocery service: from €100 per delivery, plus cost of groceries items
• Personal laundry service: €30 per hour/per staff member
• Extra bed (max. 2): €200 per bed/per night
• Crib: €30 per crib/per night
• Porter service (outside of the above scheduled times): €100 per arrival/departure
• Shuttle service for use between 4:00 pm and 10 pm (to be booked before 4 pm), from the villa to Massa Lubrense main square - 6 people per way: €20 per each way. For use after 10 pm, the extra charge to apply is based on the pickup time.

NOTES
• Refundable Security Deposit: €1,500
• Mandatory Food Allowance: €1,500 to be paid locally, in Euro cash
• Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
• Pets NOT allowed
• Professional outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and shuttle vehicle can be operated only by villa personnel
• Due to the narrow private access road, we advise against the use of cars to reach the villa’s entrance. Free parking is available at close distance from the property
• Check-in: between 4:00 pm–7:00 pm; Check-out: before/by 10:00 am
• Late check-in fee: €150 for arrival between 7:00 pm–10:00 pm (includes porter service) - No arrivals will be accepted after 10 pm
• All the extras must be paid locally before departure, in euro cash. Credit card payments processed locally as well as any expense not settled prior to departure are subject to a 12% fee.
