Welcome to Right-O-Way Chalet from Exceptional Villas, our cosy 4-bedroom duplex, with 3 bathrooms located right on the Right-O-Way beginners ski trail in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This delightful townhome, split over three levels, has plenty of space for a couple of families or a large group of friends with 1,800 square foot of living space, easily able to sleep up to 13 guests.

Right-O-Way Chalet has an open plan design for the main living area, which is centered around a wood burning fireplace. With comfortable seating surrounding the fireplace and a large flat screen TV, it is the ideal spot to relax and chat about the day’s adventure, or maybe watch a movie! This room also has beautiful sliding glass doors leading out onto a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and woodland, with table and chairs so that you can enjoy alfresco dining.

The cleverly designed layout has the kitchen and dining areas just off the living area. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and now has top of the range built-in stainless-steel appliances including gas stove and refrigerator, plus gorgeous granite countertops. It has everything you need to create a hearty feast for the entire group. The kitchen also benefits from a breakfast bar with seating for four guests. Perfect for keeping the cook company with a cocktail before dinner or lingering over your morning coffee as you plan your day ahead. The dining table has plenty of seating for 8 guests and is perfectly positioned so that you can enjoy views of the fire or out onto the deck to wonder at the mountain beyond.

If you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay, your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge would be delighted to arrange a Private Chef to come to the home to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy – just sit back and enjoy your meal - it has all the ingredients for a fantastic evening.

Upstairs is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, dresser, TV, sliding patio doors leading to a shared terrace (with bedroom 2) and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large glass and tile walk in shower and single vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a split king size bed, that can be made up into 2 extra-large twins if required. With a dresser, TV and sliding doors leading to a terrace. This bedroom has use of the bathroom which is located just outside the bedroom.

The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home. Bedroom 3 has 2 split king-sized beds, that can be made up as 4 extra-large twins if required, TV, dresser and sliding patio doors onto a terrace area. Bedroom 4 has 3 sets of twin bunk beds – the perfect space for all the kids in the group! These two bedrooms share a bathroom and have access to the lower deck / terrace area.

This stunning home has everything that you need for your vacation including a washer/dryer, bath towels and robes, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

Guests of Right-O-Way Chalet have access to the complimentary on call shuttle that will take you to the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter months. Guests can also use the community pool, hot tubs, and gym.

Steamboat is not all about the skiing, it is a beautiful place to spend your spring or summer vacation too. With many other activities on offer from horseback riding, mountain biking, to dog sledding or a Sleigh Ride Dinner (winter only) or relax in the hot springs and with more than 150 mineral springs in the area, the opportunity to soak away any aches and pains downtown or out at Strawberry Park Hot Springs – there really is something for everyone.
