Provo's famous north shore takes center stage in this distinctive oceanfront villa with sweeping views of the island's coastline, from Grace Bay to the east and Blue Hills to the west. Reef Tides is a spectacular Turks and Caicos vacation villa set in over one acre of carefully landscaped grounds with more than 200 feet of ocean frontage and a low-tide beach.

Facing a shallow reef within the Princess Alexandra Marine Park ensures complete privacy thanks to limited boat activity and gives guests access to their own private snorkeling area.

Enter through Imposing cathedral-arch double doors into the main level where tropical courtyard gardens and covered terracota walkways lead to the main bedroom pods. Mirror-image king master bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms are to the east and west, each with private balconies. The third queen bedroom suite enjoys an uninterrupted view of the ocean on the west side of the house, while the large well-equipped eat-in kitchen is to the east. The spacious indoor family room occupies a central position and offers a comfortable sitting area for TV or movie watching and a more formal dining option for up to 10 guests. An exterior staircase leads down to the fourth bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and sitting area.

Winding paths through the gardens lead to a private low-tide beach and thatched gazebo, perfect for quiet reading, secluded sunbathing or sea gazing. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling amongst the many small reefs and corals that are so close to the water’s edge.

Interior living spaces are decorated with a tasteful blend of Caribbean elegance and modern functionality decorated in a palette to reflect the colors and textures of the Tropics. Immediately east of the main house is a freestanding artist’s studio built from native cut-stone, ideal for early morning yoga sessions or the aspiring artist!

Reef Tides is a luxury Caribbean home invoking the magic of the sea and breathtaking coastal and reef views of Providenciales. The house is a short walk from the white sandy Babalua Beach and a 10-minute drive from Provo’s Airport, shopping, restaurants, and the resorts and activities on Grace Bay.
