Welcome to Reef Pearl, a wonderful 3-bedroom beachfront villa that enjoys the spectacular sun, powder white sand, and endless miles of Caribbean Sea on Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.

A wraparound porch shaded by a veranda gives this villa both exquisite views from the second floor, whereas the surrounding foliage of the tropical gardens and well-cultivated trees lend Reef Pearl a thick shroud of privacy; the garden is filled with the scents of tropical flowers, and accompany you on the path that gives way to silky sands and the deep blue horizon of the Caribbean. To the rear, a terrace outfitted with several sun loungers and comfortable outdoor lounge furniture await, perfect for taking in the view in style and comfort; beach cocktails are a must when soaking up the sun or sitting by the swimming pool that lies just a few steps away. The jacuzzi’s soothing heated waters are sure to ease any aching muscles from your adventures. Reef Pearl’s construction is made of two parts, separate from each other; each contains its own living area and kitchen. The lower apartment also contains the recreation room that is equipped with a billiards table, ping pong, and more to fill any spare time with entertainment. The larger upper living space has an open plan design that includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, containing a beautiful glass-topped table with six places set around it. Should the whim arise to take the plates outside, however, there are several areas to choose from, not least the veranda; an authentic al fresco dinner is sure to be an unforgettable experience with the shimmering seas and tropical ambiance as a backdrop. The services of a professional chef can bring delicious food to the next level, and mouth-watering meals are available to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own villa.

Luxurious palatial beds are fitted to each of the rooms and are dressed in high-quality linens; drifting off to sleep to the sound of the waves against the shore has never been so peaceful. Two of the bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, are located on the second floor of the villa, accessible by an exterior staircase. The third is found on the ground floor and uses a separate entrance. All bedrooms are equipped with their own full en-suite bathrooms, updated to modernity, and fully featured.

LOCATION DETAILS
Located right next to a diver’s paradise, Smith’s Reef, soft silky sands are just moments away on foot. One of the best places on the island for underwater adventures, it is possible to observe the beauty of some of the world’s most amazing coral reefs and the marine life that populate them without heading too far out into the water. Grace Bay, the island capital, is just under 8km away and has some of the best shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach is also high on the list of the best beaches in the world. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fishing, and take eco-tours of the barrier reef.

Plenty of restaurants are within a few minutes’ strolls away and are ideal for sampling some amazing cuisine. Due to the relatively small size of Providenciales, many locations are within reach of the villa in a short space of time; while many amenities are within walking distance, a rental car is recommended to explore the island further.
