Villa # 12 is a luxury 3-bedroom Penthouse condo on 2 levels with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The villa is all about the scenery and to compliment this has large windows upstairs and downstairs that opens out to give a great sense of space and light. A well-appointed kitchen opens onto a large, air-conditioned living room where you can relax and enjoy the flat-screen TV.

The Master bedroom is located upstairs and boasts magnificent sea views and has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom with marble fittings. There is a huge terrace for relaxing & a Jacuzzi pool for your enjoyment. There’s even a little covered kitchenette here too. One of the most wonderful things about Reeds House 12 is when you wake up in the morning, open the windows wide and enjoy the spectacular views and sounds of the sea just a step away.

The second floor also boasts a covered outdoor dining area (for up to 6 people). The dining area leads onto the sun terrace where guests can relax on their sun loungers or take a dip in the spa pool. Back downstairs you have the 2 guest rooms with a king bed in one and twin beds in the other. Both have en-suite bathrooms with showers and also have sea views and access to the terrace outside.

The condo comes with a housekeeper/cook who will look after you immensely during your stay. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer available.

This property is perfect for family and friends alike and for families with small kids the windows can be totally closed up from a safety point of view. Families with infants and kids over 12 are welcome. All others by special request.
