This gorgeous Liberty-style villa has been carefully restored by a renowned architectural firm that prioritized local craftsmanship and materials wherever possible. The renovation preserved the villa’s distinctive curved edges, and unique ceiling friezes, reminiscent of delicately crimped pastry. The walls and floors are finished with a marble-dust plaster, which gives them a bright and luminous appearance. The color palette—featuring sea blue, apricot, and butter-cream yellow—was thoughtfully chosen to bring a cheerful spirit to the home, capturing the relaxed vibe of the Lido and creating a light, inviting atmosphere.

Mezzanine Floor:
The mezzanine floor boasts an expansive and sophisticated L-shaped living area adorned with plush, cream-colored sofas and an elegant dining space with a large table that comfortably seats ten guests. A convenient guest bathroom is also located on this level.

Ground Level:
On the ground level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen in a soothing sage green tone, perfect for preparing delicious meals for guests or a hired chef. Meals can then be served in the spacious dining area on the mezzanine floor. A well-organized laundry room is also available throughout your stay, providing a welcome convenience.

Outside, the villa's front garden is a delightful oasis; its paths are paved with white pebbles and flower beds neatly arranged with vibrant roses and hibiscus, adding color and elegance. A tranquil fountain at the garden's center provides a calming focal point, creating a serene environment perfect for relaxation.
