The unobstructed villa views are of the Bachelor Gulch ski slopes, Vail's Back Bowls, and the Gore Range - truly stunning.

This 5-bedroom property provides you with peaceful privacy, top-class amenities, and some of the best ski slopes that Colorado has to offer. The villa's interior has the feeling of a traditional cabin. The living, dining and kitchen areas of the house are open plan with vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams and floor to ceiling windows. Lovingly furnished and decorated with natural wood and earthy tones. Large comfy wraparound sofa with lots of plush cushions, providing more than enough seating for everybody. Chilling out in front of the fire with a warm drink is just the tonic after an adventurous day on the slopes. There is also a 65” Smart TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.
Guests can also enjoy a hearty dinner at the lovely dining table beneath the gorgeous chandelier. The villa's kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances, elegant wooden cabinetry, and a breakfast bar for up to 6 people. If there are any budding chefs in the group, they will be very happy to show off their talents in this kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen, you'll find a separate lounge room with cosy couches, a fireplace, and a mounted TV—ideal for night-time entertainment.
The is a large deck off the main level living room that comes with four lounging chairs, table and a gas grill. It also boasts great views of the surrounding areas. There is a media and games room on the bottom level for kids and adults alike to enjoy. There is also a card table and high-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the house. A hot tub, gas grill, washer and dryer can also be found on the premises.
The property boasts 5 spacious bedrooms with the Master located on the entry-level and comes ensuite and with a 40” TV. Downstairs you will find 3 more spacious bedrooms and they are all ensuite. The second bedroom has a king bed with a 32” TV. The 3rd has twin bunk plus 1 double bunk bed and the 4th has 2 twin beds. You will find the fifth and final bedroom on the top floor and that has a Queen bedroom.
During the Winter season, when you stay in the Beaver Creek area, you have a world of activities beyond the ski slopes. This Winter Wonderland offers snowmobiling tours, dog sledging, ice-skating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and tubing. For newbies, you can take courses in any of the above-mentioned activities. Every Thursday night during ski season, the Beaver Creek skies light up with spectacular firework displays.
Summer in the mountains is just as spectacular as winter. Golf is literally on your doorstep at Quartermoon 1258. For the more adventurous, you can sail down the Colorado River on a Whitewater Raft or perhaps drive an ATV through the country meadows and forests. For those who prefer a slower pace, there are numerous wonderful walking and hiking trails, horseback riding and also plenty of beauty spots for fly fishing.

For those who prefer to eat at home, Quartermoon 1258 is equipped with a full kitchen and dining facilities which any cook will enjoy. If you prefer to hang up your apron while on holiday, Exceptional Villas will look after you also. You will have a personal concierge who will be happy to arrange a private chef for you. Your chef can be arranged a full time for the duration of your stay or can come to the villa to cook a dinner or two, your choice.
There are also many fabulous restaurants in the village itself and in the surrounding towns of The Vail Valley. Reservations are recommended and your personal concierge will be happy to arrange this for you, prior to your arrival.
