The outdoor area of the property is one of our favorites. Offering a variety of seating areas, a large pool, and a private jacuzzi, there is not much more you could wish for. So whether you wish to relax in solitude and enjoy reading a new book or spend quality time with your loved ones, you can do so at this villa.

Head out onto the pool deck in the morning and enjoy a refreshing dip in the water as the sun rises. This type of tranquillity is something so many yearn for and will be the perfect beginning to your day in paradise. Many don't even venture much from the property once they arrive, as the entertainment possibilities at Punta Aguila 22 are endless. If you wish, you can spend the day lounging in one of the many seating areas in the villa.

But if you wish to cool down, you can head inside and enjoy various entertainment options. These include a media room, a pool table, and a variety of areas to spend time with your guests. As well as this, there is also a multitude of dining areas, both indoor and outdoor. You can have your private chef create meals exactly to your liking, which you can enjoy with your guests. The sea as a backdrop will create the perfect dining experience. Dining under the stars is also an experience you can enjoy and will be a lifetime memory.

The property boasts ten beautiful bedrooms, each of which is the epitome of luxury and comfort. Many bedrooms offer incredible sea views, which is the perfect scene to wake up in the morning. Each bedroom offers either a king or queen bed. One room also features six bunk beds, a perfect room for younger members of the group.

If you wish to stay active while on vacation, you can take full advantage of the private gym on the property. Here you will find an array of equipment. So, whether you wish to do a cardio workout, a weighted workout, or a relaxing yoga session, you can do so here. Also, you can enjoy the beautiful nature of the Dominican Republic. You can take a hike, go swimming in the clear blue waters or try some water sports; there is something for all group members to enjoy.

*Please note that at least one staff member will stay 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours.

GUEST REGISTRATION:
All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club and are granted full access to resort areas and amenities for a small daily fee. Please note villa owners' family members and friends are not required to pay but must still register with the office upon arrival. Once a request has been submitted, we will respond within 12-24 hours.

NOTE
• Night guests will not be allowed and all guests must be registered with passport prior to arrival.
• The security Deposit for the villa will be US$ 10,000.00
• A gratuity of 10% will be added to the rental Price.


CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:
The Following fee is mandatory and is Per person per day:
• $25/ adult (15 years of age and older)
• $12/child (Between 4-12 years old)
• Free: Children under four years of age

The registration fee must be paid before entering the property and can be paid at the Villa Owners Club office located in the main resort area. The office is open daily from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (extended hours possible with 24-hours advance notice).
Holiday Season Cancellation Policy: December 18th to January 5th. Once initial payment is made, no refund or date changes will be allowed; only if force majeure limits travel we will allow date changes, but they will be valid for a period of 11 months. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. Payment Policy: 50% is due upon booking, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the travel date.
