Puerto Estate is one of the finest estates in Mexico. Both villas are located in the world-renowned residential community of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. These two villas, Casa del Agua and Zacil Na, enjoy some of the most glorious sea views in the region. Sleeping up to 22 guests, this property is ideal for a family reunion, another similar event, or just spending time with your loved ones.

CASA DEL AGUA:
Casa del Agua is set in a stunning tropical garden with its private beach and stunning Caribbean Sea views. The ideal location is just 40 minutes’ drive from the town of Tulum. Guests can also take a day trip to the historic Mayan ruins, approximately 2 hours from the villa. In addition, the local town of Puerto Aventuras is just 5 minutes’ walk away with its world-class marina.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen where your chef will prepare exquisite Mexican dishes and meals of your choice. Your meals will be served in the Al Fresco dining area, which looks out onto the ocean. The villa is beautifully decorated with furniture, doors, and windows made by local craftsmen, combined with hand-woven native textiles, creating a luxurious, yet quirky Mexican-themed home.

The villa boasts a lovely private heated infinity pool where you can relax while watching the rolling ocean waves turn blue to green.
Casa del Agua is the ideal vacation rental in Mexico for a family or friends traveling together. Each of the six luxury king-size bedrooms is en-suite, offering ocean or jungle views. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, one on the second level and one on the third level. The final two bedrooms are garden suites, boast king beds, and en-suite bathrooms.

ZACIL NA:
Zacil Na exemplifies private paradise. Holder of award-winning architecture, this luxury 5-bedroom villa has everything to get away from everyday life. First, wake up with an ocean panoramic view that will enchant the eyes with its electric turquoise color. Then, relax downstairs in the beautiful outdoor lounge area. At the same time, breakfast is served to your taste, and be sure to be ready to be pampered and build up an appetite as a full private butler and chef services are included in the rental (see services section for more details). Think eco-chic when you imagine your stay at Zacil Na. The newly added solar panels on the roof make it self-sustainable, while the two new bedrooms overlook the lush greenery stemming from the garden. In addition, the secluded beach allows one to swim in the natural waters or the three-way infinity pool while enjoying the breeze and calm Puerto Aventuras.

Combining neighboring villa Casa del Agua opens the doors to larger groups to enjoy this luxury haven. Together they offer nine bedrooms and cater for up to 22 guests. This is a perfect opportunity for big families or corporate retreats to take advantage of all the features available in Puerto Aventuras. Besides the in-villa activities, the community offers tropical nature parks, transparent blue cenotes, and many other activities, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, and golfing. In addition, you will find the only marina in the Riviera Maya, a short 5-minute walk from the villa.
