From the moment you arrive at the gates of Private Paradise, you will experience a sense of wonder and enchantment. You are welcomed by four 25’ high harmonic waterfalls which descend magically from the high ceiling above. Those who designed and engineered this unique property had the purpose to create a luxurious living experience entwined with imaginative entertainment. It took the ingenious alliance of world-class architects and Disney World engineers almost 10 years to complete this spectacular residence and it really does have to be seen to be believed. Unique touches such as locally crafted shutters & trims, glass art, and gleaming polished marble blend in perfectly with authentic molding made from driftwood.

Private Paradise offers spectacular ocean views from almost every area of the house. The open-plan design of the great room encompasses an expansive living space, dining room, and kitchen. The living area features a huge 18’ white leather couch, positioned to look through the floor-to-ceiling glass wall with breathtaking ocean views. At nighttime, a 16’ theatre screen magically appears from the ceiling to cover the ocean-front window, providing a perfect opportunity for all of your group to enjoy a movie night or enjoy or a sports game together. Your private chefs will create delightful mealtime experiences at the Hibachi Griddle set up around the kitchen area with adjacent additional dining space with a dining table and seating.

The fun and games are available from dawn to dusk both indoors and out with the highlight of the show being a 250-foot long waterslide with Rock & Roll sound and light show which drops more than 40 feet and travels from the rooftop through the house, ending in the courtyard splash pool with swim-up bar. Each evening after dinner, your guests can gather indoors to watch TV on the oversize theatre screen or to play Shadow Theater or Karaoke. They can take turns in choosing their favorite music videos on YouTube and suitable props to entertain the rest of the group. A Gaming Theatre provides a shuffleboard game and a virtual Wii bowling game. In the Games Room, a billiard table with surround sound is a great spot to have a tournament for the grownups. There are numerous havens throughout the property specifically designed for adults and couples to retreat, including Bali Day Beds in pleasure huts built over water, with waiter service and smart TVs. The Roof Top Sports Lounge provides a great hang-out area with couches, TVs, hot tubs, and a swim-up bar.

For relaxation in the sunshine, the ocean-front deck offers hammocks beside the heated pools and hot tubs. The little ones will spend their days happily playing in the shallow splash pool and outdoor playhouse or in the enchanting indoor Camp Coz, where they can have their own little private house where they can watch cartoons. No matter what age, there is endless entertainment and fun for all.

Private Paradise can sleep up to 24 guests in fabulous Tommy Bahama-style bedrooms. The property provides several ultra-luxurious master suites and each boasts unique amenities including ocean-front indoor and outdoor bathrooms and fold-down wall beds. The Grand Master Suite has two bedrooms and is ideal for parents with younger children as it is connected to Camp Coz, the Disney-themed fort with bunk beds and a play area. The romantic Penthouse Suite offers a unique tropical experience with a couples tub which can be enjoyed indoors or out, thanks to the sliding glass doors which open to the sunbathing area complete with a swinging hammock and endless ocean views.

With all of the many unique attractions and activities available at Private Paradise, there need never be a reason to leave the confines of this tropical palatial home. But, should your guests like to explore Cozumel, there is much to see and do on this beautiful island and the town is just a few minute's drives away.

When you rent Private Paradise, you will experience a very well thought out Food & Beverage Plan which includes all high-end beverages at the villa, a trained mixologist, restocking charges for all bars, daily breakfast, daily appetizers, and dinner prepared every other night by a professional chef. You will have a different specialty chef each night, beginning with a Mexican Fiesta Family Style Feast on arrival. Details of the charges for this service will be explained by your Villa Specialist. On the nights that you don’t eat at Private Paradise, reservations will already have been made for you at three of the most sought-after restaurants on Cozumel.
