Welcome to Present Moment, a luxury 4-bedroom beachfront villa in Bodden Town, Grand Cayman.

Present Moment boasts the most stunning Caribbean ocean views on the island. This villa radiates relaxation and luxury with its modern amenities and tranquil location. When you are with your family and friends at the Present Moment, you will feel like you have a mini-resort all to yourselves. It offers wonderful open, fresh, and breezy living with equal indoor-outdoor space. Paradise is found at mealtimes when the whole group can enjoy memorable meals in your large interior or alfresco dining areas while listening to the natural sounds of waves crashing on the offshore reef. You will also have an outdoor kitchen with all the amenities to grill some fresh fish for the family.

Present Moment has a fantastic large beachfront area, which is ideal for snorkeling, beachcombing, building sandcastles, searching for sea life in the rock pools, and splashing in the shallows. This area does have larger waves and a rockier shoreline, which may not be suitable for younger children to swim. However, families with young children do love the serene location where the kids can play for hours and hours without having to share the shoreline with anyone else. Everyone also can choose to stay in their own private oceanfront infinity pool.

This luxury Cayman Villa is wonderfully spacious, with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, which can sleep up to 12 guests. The master has the best panoramic sea view in the house. The family suite has two queen and two twin beds, ideal for parents and children.

BEACH DETAILS:
The villa is direct oceanfront / beachfront facing south. The beach is wide and sandy with some shell stones. Shoes are not required on the beach. Some guests prefer shoes to enter the water as the shoreline has a hard rock shelf. The soft sandy bottom begins about 100 yards from shore.
