Our stunning Grand Presidential Spa Villa is located right on the beach with incredible ocean views. The villa feature two luxury bedrooms and offers 200 sq. meters of indoor space and 300 sq. meters outdoors space with private heated pool & private area on the beach.
The Grand Presidential Spa Villa is one of the most luxurious villas at Porto Zante. The villa features a stunning outdoor terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the nearby island of Kefallonia, the imposing Kyllini castle in the Peloponnese & the endless crystal blue Ionian Sea. There is a large private heated infinity edge swimming pool where you can enjoy a morning swim. You also have your own private Spa pavilion and your own private area on the beach with personal sun beds & umbrellas. Although your villa is on the beach it does not enable other guests to see into your villa. There is a private Gate Leading to the water’s edge.
This luxury villa consists of an entrance hall, two master bedrooms with king size beds, two en-suite marble lined bathrooms featuring a Jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower cabin with hydro-jet devices, walk-in dressing rooms, a luxuriously decorated living & dining area, an additional separate living area (1st floor) which can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 kids or 1 adult and has access to its own separate 3rd bathroom, a personal working desk with an iMac Desktop, and a small fully equipped kitchen.
Another nice feature of the villas is the private tropical garden where you can sit and relax while reading a book. There is also outdoor dining for guests to capture the incredible ocean views while dining on the terrace. For those who like to exercise while on vacation there is fitness equipment available in the villa for guests use.

How to get here
During the summer season direct flights operate from several cities directly to Zakynthos Airport (code: ZTH) Or you can arrive in Athens Airport (code: ATH) and then fly to Zakynthos by Olympic Air on a connection flight. (flight time: 40 minutes)
As an alternative, we offer luxury car or limousine transfers from Athens Airport to the island. We also offer private jet & helicopter transfers are also available at special rates. Please ask our concierge for more information.
The property is only 8 km from Zakynthos International airport and a complimentary transfer service is available. For guests that arrive in Athens International Airport, a limousine/luxury car transfer is available as an alternative to the plane. (Total drive time: approximately 2 ½ hours plus 1-hour ferry ride) As an alternative, you can also fly to Araxos Airport (code: GPA) in the Peloponnese and then use our transfer service to Zakynthos Island via the port of Kyllini. (Drive time: 30 minutes plus 1-hour ferry boat ride)

Our guided excursions to the Turtle Island (Marathonisi) will bring the children in contact with the unique Caretta- Caretta turtles. The kids will learn about the creature’s habitat and be sensitized to the environmental threats the turtles are facing.
