Villa Pointe Milou St Barts is a modern 4-bedroom villa located along the northeastern part of the island of St Barts. The property overlooks the Caribbean Sea and includes views of Lorient beach and St Jean Bay in the distance. It can accommodate up to eight guests in total and features top-class amenities such as a heated infinity-edge swimming pool and large oceanfront terrace. The villa is ideally located in an elevated location that enjoys ocean views as well as being based near the sandy shores of Marigot Beach and Lorient Beach.

The villa encompasses a modern and elegant interior design, with pristine surfaces, whitewashed walls, tiled floors and main living areas that blend seamlessly out onto the oceanfront terrace. The contemporary layout is open plan with high-vaulted ceilings, encompassing the living, dining and kitchen areas into one main area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. There is a long breakfast bar that seats four guests. The living areas include comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, a Sonos audio system, secure WIFI, and a ceiling fan. The interior always includes air-conditioning to ensure a refreshing temperature. Many of the rooms open onto the terrace with a view over the infinity heated pool and the ocean.

The oceanfront terrace is a true luxury. Providing panoramic azure views, the villa also overlooks St Jean and Lorient Beach in the distance. Slip into the refreshing waters of the infinity-edge pool and watch the boats sail by. You can swim a few laps and dry off under the sun on the sun loungers. Unwind as the distant sounds of the sea lull you into relation. You can dine alfresco in the mornings or for an evening meal, the choice is yours. Spark up the barbeque for some sizzling treats or organize your chef to create a delicious Caribbean meal.

Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast. Villa Pointe Milou is based along the northeastern part of the island. The villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and includes views of Lorient beach and St Jean Bay in the distance. The villa is oceanfront and is nearest to the sandy shores of Marigot beach and a little further is Lorient Beach.

Marigot Beach is based between the Grand Cul-de-Sac and Lorient Beaches. The water is mild and safe to swim in and the shore indulges in powdery white sands. The luxurious Lorient beach is a further in distance only a few minutes drives, however, this beach offers endless picture-perfect moments. This beach is located east of the sought-after St. Jean Beach. Lorient includes a surf shop where you have access to rent gear or book a surf lesson/guide.

St Jean beach is under a short ten-minute drive from the villa. This beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island and is based right beside the Eden Rock Hotel.
