Welcome to Poggioasciolo, a luxury 10-bedroom villa located in Tuscany, Italy.
This majestic 18th-century villa, nestled in the picturesque Tuscan hills, is surrounded by a sprawling 4,000 sq. meter park. Located near Palaia, a charming 11th-century town renowned for its UNESCO-recognized truffles, the villa offers proximity to iconic destinations like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra, as well as the Tyrrhenian coast and the Apuan Alps.
The recently restored villa retains its original architectural charm while being transformed into a luxurious countryside retreat spanning three floors. It is surrounded by serene woods, olive groves, and vineyards, creating a tranquil ambiance. The park, with its shady pinewood areas, is perfect for relaxing with a book or savoring a glass of wine in nature. A spacious outdoor dining area, complete with tables, chairs, and a large umbrella, is ideal for alfresco meals.
The villa boasts a spectacular swimming pool (18 x 9 meters, 140 cm deep) set on a natural panoramic terrace with views of the surrounding vineyards. Perfect for swimming or enjoying a refreshing dip, the pool area also features a solarium with loungers and umbrellas. Adjacent to the main pool is a smaller children’s pool (6 x 6 meters, 50 cm deep).
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the villa and the verandah, a ping-pong table, a laundry area, and private parking. The outdoor space is fully furnished for relaxation, and the property also produces its own wine and olive oil. The villa is easily accessible via a paved road with a short unpaved section at the end.

The more elegant and colorful second lounge offers a cozy space to enjoy traditional Tuscan dishes and a glass of wine with family and friends.
On the first floor, each with its distinct style, the bedrooms are elegant and classical, all featuring en-suite bathrooms. The second-floor bedrooms are more rustic, equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Three cribs are available upon request.
