The home is complimented by a large swimming pool and over hectares of land, immersed in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, a few km from the renowned beach of Alberese and the hills of Chianti and Val d’Orcia. Spend afternoons exploring the surrounding area before heading back to your villa to dine under the stars.

The villa is located on a “poggio” (little hill) full of olive trees and in a panoramic position. The village of Istia d’Ombrone (shops, restaurant, pharmacy) is about 10 km away. Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma, is 10 km away too.

The villa’s style is rustic and elegant and is beautifully furnished with all the modern amenities you will need. The home can accommodate up to 10 people and offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a covered parking lot.

The villa can be accessed from a private gate that leads to a little hill, “Poggio”, surrounded by well-kept and manicured front lawns with a top view of the property. This area of the property offers serenity like no other. Venture out here in the morning before the rest of your party awakens to experience a wonderful and peaceful morning in your Italian paradise.

The private swimming pool is located in the garden of the villa. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy the warm sunshine on your skin. Afterward, you can lounge out and nap until the sun sets.
The villa is spread across two floors. The premises are elegantly furnished with antiques and a fireplace, desks and bookcases, sculptures, and modern elements, and come with wood flooring and large windows with spectacular views.

On the property's ground floor, overlooking the porch and the rear garden, there are the large living room, the library, the dining room, and the sitting rooms.

The property is completed by a large kitchen equipped with all dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, and appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, an Oven, Microwave, Grill, and a Coffee Maker, and a Kitchen necessary to prepare any meal for all guests of the house. Finally, a laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Spend your days exploring the local sites, including Uccellina Natural Park at 20 km, the sea (Marina di Alberese), Terme di Saturnia at 40 km, Natural WWF Oasis of Orbetello at 40 km (where you can get horseback riding excursions and canoeing), Siena at 79 km, Chianti, and Val d’Orcia. The villages on the Apennine ridge that runs along the Tyrrhenian Sea are full of historical and gastronomic appeal: e.g., Magliano, Pereta, Pitigliano, Scansano known for its many wine bars, Massa Marittima and its cathedral, and the historic ports on the sea such as Porto Ercole, Talamone, Orbetello and Castiglione della Pescaia.

On the property's ground floor, there are one double and two twin bedrooms with separate beds. One double bedroom is located on the first floor. Among these four bedrooms, two are equipped with an additional sofa bed, reaching a total of ten beds.

There are four ensuite bathrooms in the villa. All rooms and bathrooms are complete with linen, a Hair Dryer, a kettle, and a small fridge. All that you could need for you is provided. All you will have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy.

The city center is beautifully preserved by a medieval circular wall, now used as a public park and walking area. Stroll through the beautiful streets, and enjoy some pizza with a delicious glass of wine for the perfect Italian day. Within the city, there are plenty of treasures well worth visiting, including the Romanesque cathedral, the main monument of the city, named for its patron St. Lawrence, the Church of San Francesco, and the Palazzo Aldobrandeschi, to name but a few.
