Plum Bay is a luxurious Caribbean villa situated in Terre-Basses, a private gated community area in French St Martin. This gives guests peace of mind as they enjoy a luxurious vacation in paradise.

As you enter the villa and out to the terrace, the richly variegated scenery expands into a panoramic view filled with a profusion of color and texture. The blues of the Caribbean and tropical sky are accented by white clouds, Anguilla’s green silhouette, and colorful tropical foliage.

Below are the elegant villas and gardens of Terres Basses. At dusk, brilliant sunsets create colorful backdrops for evening entertainment. This isn’t a view that all will experience but you and your guests have the privilege of the Caribbean as their vacation backdrop.

The villa combines five main living spaces; the great room, upper-level bedroom wing, lower-level apartment, and exterior dining/lounging spaces equipped with Kosher tableware available on request. The spacious great room is a comfortable living and entertaining area well suited to large families or groups of friends.

The room combines a lounge area with Smart TV, Netflix, and a sound system plus a sleek, modern kitchen and dining area. Large, unfettered windows visually frame the magnificent view. The large windows allow the fresh Caribbean sea air to flow throughout the home, fusing the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Step down the staircases to a game and entertainment room, equipped with a karaoke machine, large flat-screen Tv, Ping Pong Table, and all the entertainment a family needs for a fun vacation. There is something for all members of the group to enjoy. While younger members of the group entertain themselves, adults can lounge by the pool with a refreshing beverage in hand.

Outside the great room are spacious exterior areas for relaxing, dining al fresco, and swimming. Inspired by the view’s shades of blue, the stunning custom pool. Surrounding the pool are plentiful spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy the view and sun. Guests can lounge here and bask in the Caribbean sun.

In 2022 Plum Bay has undergone quite a bit of renovation, adding a new gazebo for the benefit of outside living, a new deck, new tiles, a new gym setup, and petanque (bocce ball) ground, all adding to make Plum Bay a unique home to stay and enjoy your dream vacation.

Plum Bay Villa provides six magnificent bedrooms. Each bedroom is carefully designed with the utmost care. Bedrooms will provide a haven for guests, to which they can return to after a day of exploring the island. The comfortable beds and private en-suite bathrooms allow each guest their own personal space.

LOCATION:
The French Lowlands or Terres Basses are a neighborhood of million-dollar estates, build on the rolling hills of St. Martin's westernmost region

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.

By car it's about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.
