Welcome to Phebus from Exceptional Villas, a stunning ocean view villa located along the elevated hillside of St Jean. The villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably, and overlooks the Caribbean Sea in the distance.

Taking its name from the alter ego of the Greek god Apollo, who was said to be the sun god personified, Villa Phebus is an exuberant celebration of light, warmth, and eclectic design. It is an inviting place to let your hair down, kick your shoes off, and succumb to the sunshine of the Caribbean. Villa Phebus’ open plan layout makes the rental property appealing for couples, groups of friends traveling together, or extended families on vacation. Here, in this tranquil retreat, succumb to the sea views and ocean breezes coming in over St. Jean.

The villa unfolds across two levels, with everything facing the sea. The upper level comprises a living area as well as the gourmet kitchen.

The master bedroom is on the lower level, by the heated swimming pool and terrace, along with two more bedrooms. One of these has two single beds making it a fun nest for children. The other bedrooms are dressed in shades of gray and have sleek, minimalist furnishings and large, mirrored closets. Upstairs is a fourth, more private bedroom with access to the terrace that has views in two directions. Like the master bedroom, it has a spacious bathroom and two-headed shower.

If you choose to venture out, Nikki Beach, St. Jean Beach and the shopping area are nearby. Or stay in and soak up that sunshine and those views. The main terrace has ample areas for sitting, dining and barbecue, along with plenty of chaises downstairs by the pool.

LOCATION DETAILS
Phebus is located along the coast of St Barts in St Jean. The villa is a 10-minute walk to St Jean beach or a short 2-minute drive.

The sun-kissed Caribbean Island of St Barths is a serene paradise floating in the blue ocean. The lush vivacious hillsides and laced with tropical plants and tall swaying palms and along the fringes of the coast you will discover a total of fourteen sugar fine sandy beaches.

One of the best places to visit is Gustavia which is less than 10 minutes from the villa. Gustavia is the capital of the island and features a yacht-filled marina, lined in designer shops and smaller boutiques filled with Caribbean treasures. The town also holds a profusion of fine dining opportunities, which is great for dinner as you overlook the marina dotted in sparking lights. During your stay at Phebus, we recommend you hire a car for the ease of transport and access to the island’s incredible locations. As the island is relatively small all the locations you may visit will be within a thirty-minute drive. However, the narrow roads can be steep.
