Petite Plage 4 is the sister villa next door that is also found along this shoreline. The villa is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a private retreat on the island and is not far from Grand Case. Here you can enjoy great shopping, dining, and activities.

The exotic entrance is lined with palms and tropical foliage and flanked by Moroccan arches and ironwork. Making your way inside, the hand-carved double door opens wide to the amazing views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. This opulent villa embraces a modern and open-plan design. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and airy, allowing the villa to remain cool and refreshing under the warm sun. From the spacious living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen, to the seamless transition onto the terrace - Petite Plage 5 villa has it all. Enjoy the panoramic ocean views as you cook some breakfast or have our concierge arrange your very own professional chef to cater for your meals.

The villa has two state-of-the-art AV/media systems: one in the living room and one in a separate media room with an adjacent private office. Here you can entertain all age groups as you put on your favorite film or enjoy time lounging on the plush seating as you chat with your loved ones. The superb chef’s kitchen, in blond, steel, and black, opens to the sea views and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas.

As you step out onto the open terrace your eyes will instantly focus on the sparkling ocean views. Step outside to the villa’s main terrace and you find yourself looking out to Petite Plage beach, accessible down a short staircase. You can slip into the silky water of the beachfront swimming pool to cool down or swim some laps. The pool is large and great for big groups as everyone has space to swim and splash about. The pool is also heated so it is never too cold for a soothing swim, morning noon, or night. In the center of the horseshoe-shaped pool, is a covered loggia for relaxing and dining by the poolside? Petite Plage 5 has a total of 6 bedrooms, accommodation 12 guests. Five of the six bedrooms have sea views, while all bedrooms have refrigerators, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Five suites are at ground level. The master suite, with a large private terrace overlooking the sea, sits in a private oasis at the top of a marble staircase. Every bedroom has a stylish and unique décor plus stunning spa-style bathrooms in a mix of luxury surfaces and object art. Several bathrooms have fantastic tubs and outdoor showers. One has wheelchair access. The sixth bedroom is in a private casita off the courtyard.

The villa comes with housekeeping, daily excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additionally, the villa has an on-site manager skilled in taking care of your needs. We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions, and much more. LOCATION DETAILS
Petite Plage 5 is located on the private beach of Petite Plage in St Martin. The Caribbean Island of St Martin is divided into a French and Dutch area. Its natural features include large lagoons, white/golden sand beaches, and salt pans. The island has a vibrant tourist-friendly ambiance and nightlife. It offers its guest a profusion of shopping opportunities as well as the famous duty-free shops. The island is dotted with high-end luxury resorts and the most exceptional villas.

Petite Plage 5 is located on the French side of the island, near the capital of Grand Case. Although the villa is very secluded you are steps from the fantastic culinary scene in Grand Case. The villa is a short drive to Hope Estate for gourmet grocery shopping, 10 minutes to Orient Beach, 20 minutes to Marigot, and 30 minutes to the international airport.

Heated Pool Note:
The pool can and will be heated only in the Winter months from December 16th to April 15th every year.

The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 Celcius. If guests have a specific temperature they prefer, please inform our concierge team prior to arrival, as it needs to be set by the maintenance team. Guests are not allowed to change pool temperature themselves.
